Tried to sign up for Amazon Dash... kept telling me the email for Amazon account didn't exist (it does). Wanted to try either the Best Buy or Brother option, but couldn't get back there. Just kept telling me "We noticed that you haven't completed your enrollment with Amazon Dash Replenishment". No intuitive way to cancel out of that. Uninstall and reinstall didn't work. Apparently uninstall keeps background files as kept putting me in Amazon flow... not doing the auto replenishment...
Worked perfectly. Previously tried setting up with Amazon and it was quite confusing and I was unsuccessful. Later I saw this, tried it, and within about 60 seconds everything was set up and working.
App functions well but expensive service. Supposedly shipping is free, but there is a shipping and handling charge of $15. Not worth the convenience. Furthermore there was no notice that they had a shipment underway until I investigated.
I couldn't dismiss an overlay box about Brother's privacy policy - tapping the large X did nothing. And I couldn't click the "I Agree" button below the overlay to carry on, so I was dead in the water. Uninstalled the app.
I love this app from the provider of my printer. Using the family of apps that Brother has given me to be able to print out everything that I need to get a hard copy to hold in my own hands. These apps do just that and I am truly happy with the Brother printers app system.
Discovers printer, then keeps telling me to verify internet connection, which I did. No change. Cannot use app.
Works pretty good, once in a great while when it scans for the printer takes a while but that might be something about my network
Love having the option to automatically order in carterages before you run out of ink. Saves slot of time and money.

Endless loop at EULA. Waste of time. Found many errors in printer docs and online support. Brother's tech writers need help.
Sometimes it's good sometime is not that's all I can say (sometime I get a printer not available message) It Happens quite often ‼️

Another garbage app. Don't bother unless you buy a new Brother printer every year.

Apparently doesn't support my Brother MFC laser printer. Oh well, I'm sure Amazon is cheaper anyway.

How do you return 5_7 package of ink you charge me for and send me to much ink Now Don't have use for printers or 7 package of your ink model numbers LV20E BK some packages 2of them have 2cartlidhes of ink in one package the other ,4or singles need a refund does anybody up there reading this need that brand of ink I will sell it for $10 a package

Works fine, but I don't see why you need to have this app on order to print. Also, you have to be on the same, slower bandwidth WiFi SSDI. Just too many hassles.
