Attempted to sign in and was told that my credentials were invalid. Slim chance they were incorrectly, but I selected forgot password. With the new password I was also told my credentials were invalid. I re-registered and was still told that they were invalid. Eventually, I got in. Did back to school forms and now it seems my information is switched around with her other parent. Emailed school, no response. Trying to sign again and being told once again that credentials are invalid. Horrible!
The app switched to old information after we did the back to school forms. I emailed broward school and they told me to call the school. Fast forward weeks later still no fix! So upsetting! The app stucks big time and no one is willing to fix it.
i can't sign on more than 1/2 the time i sign in with the same exact info. i found theschool supply list last year & this year? ITS MIA! IT'S NOT UPDATED. I PULLED THE CALENDAR ⬆& IT SHOWED ME A 17-18 CALENDAR! HELLLO! IT'S ALMOST THE END OF 2019. & SOMETIMES WHEN I HIT THE ◀ OPTION IT JUST GOES AHEAD & TAKES ME RIGHT OUT OF THE ENTIRE APP. SERIOUSLY? I'M REAL AGGRAVATED NOW. I ALWAYS SAY BAD REVIEWS ARE DUE 2 USER ERROR BUT THIS IS NOT USER ERROR! THIS IS DEVELOPER ERROR!
Great School Companion App! I have been using this app for a few years, to stay updated on my boys educational development and activities. Keep the updates coming. Easy to access and navigate.
There are some loop holes the kids get to view videos. Like Twitter and youtube. My child goes on through the broward county site and is able to access these videos and sites we block from at home. When viewing history it displays broward county and but not the actual social media sites. This is a huge issue and I am sure many parents are not aware of.
The app is slow and when I need to figure out my classes for this year, they took down the option. Additionally, it was confusing.
It logged me out and when I tried to log back in it said my log on information was invalid, I don't know how that is because it's the same log in information I've always used! Would rate 0 stars if I could!
Not up to date grades or assignments due, and it logs me out randomly. At one point the system decided my kids werent actually enrolled students and didnt exist. Now I'm kicked out for the third time and it's not recognizing my login info-get it together BCPS.
Poor functioning app..You log in and it doesnt show missing or new assignments. The only thing its good for is to see the grades.
Check my brother's grade because he's in 4th grade but it wouldn't let me so I downloaded this app and then it said they need to get this app and I like already downloaded it and it doesn't work so I'm going to delete it because it seems not true.
BPCS app is laughable. No information ever available in grades, assignments, and rarely for attendance. It's hard to help manage your childs schooling when the chool district doesn't ensure details are updated tomely, if ever.
This app is horrible and is not user friendly. It needs to be revamped and a parent should be included on the revamp team.
Kees crashing, when I need to reinstall, I have to go to registration again. It doesn't let me log in back.
It would be an awesome app if I could see both of my students on there as opposed to just one.
The assignment status is not updated and there is no way to directly contact the teacher from the app.
This app does not include Canvas and every other platform being used by high school teachers.
This app is the worst, I tried to use it but it's going wayy to slow so I delete it and download it again and the same stupid thing happen. I so tired of this dumb app.
Can't log in. Tried 5 different ways. Finally the app told me my child is not enrolled. No success with this app.
Downloaded this app in hopes of checking my daughter's grades daily, and was very disappointed. This app is pointless. Why can't we use the grade book, like before?
A very comprehensive and helpful App No it doesn't include inappropriate adds.
Not happy with this process and trying to file forms on line, it's one big confusing loop to get no where.

It is slow, dont let me sign in with my school id and password, and it closes by itself, absolute garbage
This app needs to be updated more often. Why have an app for parents and tell parents to refer to said app then not maintain it and keep it up to date with the correct information??! Also on some pages when you try to click the next button on the page some have links and terms over lapping so you can't actually continue to the next page. So frustrating!
