I want to cancel my subscription!! I'm so mad I can't log in I am getting an error saying recipient in use.

I will not be continuing after the free trial. There's alot you need to do with this app. First of all, while trying to watch a movie on my tv, I would like to disable closed caption, as soon as you do that it boots you out of the app to my fire stick home screen (EVERYTIME)!! Another issue is that it's hard Rew or FF what you're watching. Also I dont want to have to keep playing an episode when I'm binging....AUTOPLAY like Hulu and Netflix does. I should have the option of uninterrupted viewing

Just downloaded app. Haven't signed up yet, thinking it's a bad sign that the trailer is a black screen (no picture) with sound. I wish they would put Saints and Sinners back on Bounce TV or at least on the Bounce app. Their ratings will drop because it's impossible to find/view the show. Guess I'll give up on ever watching it again and start watching something on a more reliable network. Such a disappointment.

I love getting a chance to watch, some of my Tyler Perry movies, and shows, that only comes on cable, because cable is so high I can't afford it.

I love the app!! It has all the old school black movies!! I support it all the way!! My only problem is the don't change the movie's enough!! They keep the same one's on for too long!!! The movies are on too long. Still have Christmas movies on from 2018. I'm thinking about closing the my account.

Great shows and movies. Would've love to keep the subscription. But there was too many technical errors and they came too often. Had to keep closing and restarting while watching movie. That destroyed the pleasure of watching! Will gladly try app again IF these issues are resolved.

Not happy with this streaming service. Evertime I try to watch something it says to renew subscription. But they take money out of my account every month. Someone is suppose to contact me within 48hrs. They don't even have a contact number. Will be contacting the BBB

Just unsubscribed. I've been trying to watch movies for I kid you not 2 months. It's always a technical issue when I try to view something. The movie never loads & it's a waste of money to be taking $3.99 from me when the app itself doesnt work! Dont download it!!!!!!! The fact that the reviews go back a few years & STILL HAS THE SAME ISSUES HEADING INTO 2021 goes to show that they dont care to fix any of this. This is ridiculous. They should just permanently delete the app for good.

This app does not work on any decive. I have been trying to cancel my membership. Today is the 1st time I've been able to sign into the app in over a year. It freezes up just after signing in and you don't get to watch anything. This time I got in but it freezes up every time I try to cancel my membership.

Love the movies offered but due to having old version unable to watch stream channel, and the app goes off sometimes while watching on tablet.😟 OK! Problem resolved! It was my Roku device! Took a simple "restart," Enjoying my 70's movies! ☺

I went to view Brown Sugar last month it said my account expired and did I want to renew. I check and my account was debited as normal for the last 3 months, but 2 weeks after the May payment was taken out they said my account was expired. I had to email customer support, since the phone number they have listed doesnt work. Kept going back and forth with customer service and finally just told them dont worry about it keep the money and I deleted the app.

The app keeps crashing so I requested a refund. I was told I would receive it. I have health issues so i didn't check to make sure it was cancelled. 6 months later, they are still charging my card. So disappointed with the service and the dishonesty.

I'm canceling subscription because everytime I try to open app it says there's an error and retry again. This is disappointing. And after reading several comments, there's been the same complaints and it hasn't been resolved. Emailing y'all doesn't help cause u dont respond. BSugar y'all have to go!

Horrible. Tried to login on another device and it kept saying Login failed. This was even after resetting my password multiple times. I even called the support team and the guy told me he didnt know what to do. He told me to cancel and try again, which i did and guess what? I still get the same thing. This app is a disappointment. I will never download this again, nor will i recommend.this app to anyone.

This app could have great potential but there needs to be more movies available. One could only watch Foxy Brown for so long. They dont show any black & white movies at all! Im tired of seeing the same movies. It definitely needs to be revamped

If you're trying to watch the latest Saint and Sinners episode, don't waste time here. the app crashes everytime you try to load it and if you go through amazon they only have up to episode 4 of season 4 available (episode 5 premiered on 8/4). Episode 5 still isn't up after 2 days and I'm very disappointed since I'm anxious to know what happens next.

if I could get this app less than the one I would I have been having technical issues ever since I downloaded your app to watch Saints and Sinners season 4 I have been emailing y'all to let y'all doing a problem and nothing has been done. I have since cancelled my subscription and is asking for a full refund.

There were good classic blaxploitation movies on this sight when I first subcribed but, most of the good stuff like Fred Williamson in The Black God Father, Hell Up In Harlem, The Mack, Blacula, Super Fly and Pam Grier are no longer available. Just renewed but, thought "why" you all don't have anything that can't be found thru other apps so it is no longer worth paying for. Bring back the "GREAT" stuff. I thought that your app was very special at first, it works great and is very easy to use.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!! This app is horrible!!!!!. It crashes every 5 minutes and it doesn't have black cinema movies as advertised. It doesn't deserve 1 star. Not hardly worth paying for. Y'all need to put real movies on here, and fix the app.

My experiences I have no idea what the hell to do with this damn app it won't allow me to use the brown sugar app on my TV. So I have no use for it and I don't want to be charged for any subscription or membership please cancel that subscription right away and discard my card number

MISLEADING 7-day Free Trial...I PURPOSELY used a card that didn't have money on it just to see if the app would try to collect the money immediately and that's EXACTLY what they tried to do. NO THANK U!!!! A 7-day trial is SUPPOSE to give a person the option to decide if you want to keep it NOT get charged...then it's NOT FREE!!!@@

Too many movie interruptions. I can't get through a whole movie without an error message and then the movie starts over. This needs to be fixed asap.

I signed up under the link for the free trial. However, I did not get the the trial period. I was billed immediately after inputting the information. Update: Displeased...cancelled subscription.

Best app by far. It also lives up to what it claims. I love all the old school throw backs. This app shows more old school tham Tubi T.V and thats really saying a lot seeing that Tubi has been showing ol movies for free a lot longer but they have a lot of comercials which i appreciate the fact that Brown Sugar shows none.
