Check in in Barcelona Brussels staff was not helpful. I was in check in counter and She don't recommend upgrade bagage from internet for save money. Brussels airlines recommend me uprade my tiket in check in counter resulting expensive price and dirty information from airline staff. I'm disappointed with this airline staff in Barcelona.
Stupid design as the boarding pass are not stored locally. I had no connection at the airport: my boarding pass was no longer available in the app
Terrible experience. Tried to check on for a 2-legged flight. After going through setting up an account the first check in worked perfectly but then the 2nd pass was not sent to the app and so I was unable to claim my 2nd boarding pass online and was told that I'd have to get the pass at the airport where I have a 1 hour 20 minute layover if I could not print it out. Awful Service, will avoid in the future
Utterly useless app. Just installed it and could not even enter my details, network error. I wonder when the airline is going to start taking these issurs seriously, as it looks very much that they are happy to loose customers to virtually all other airlines who are capable of having a functioning app. It is not that Brussels Airlines is in such good financial shape that they have the luxury of messing around with their customers. If you want a useful app and decent service, go elsewhere
This is just a web app that let you see your boarding passes and do the check in. It will be enough, but the prpblem is that it can't even correctly do these teo things. After I did the check-in for my second flight on the app is still shown as if I still need to do it. On top of that my new tickes is not even shown in the boarding tab. So I'm forced to use the QR codd that O received via email.
Main reason for having the app is to have the boarding passes in it, but after checking in and even boarding it still does not show the boarding pass. Luckily you can have it by email, but the app is pointless. It seems to be a frontend to the mobile web page, but often fails to retrieve the correct information.
unreliable. Not all advertised functionality available. Outgoing it let me enter name and locator code, check-in worked but no boarding cards in the app (had them emailed). Return trip, let me check-in and emailled boarding cards but then refused to acknowledge checked in status... inviting me check in again. Deleted the trip and tried again... Now it won't let me register a trip... either times out or 'there has been an error'.
It's a nice looking app but my wife and I were on the same flight and it was showing two different departure gates! Mine was correct, hers was wrong and no amount of refreshing would change it. Otherwise one of the better airline apps but that was a very weird thing to happen.
So if am booking a flight and I need to add my DOB I have to scroll back month by month from 2010 to 1950!!? Am pretty sure if I started walking to my destination I would get there at the same time it would take to fill in a DOB on this app
Decent. Nice layout, very easy to use. I found it a bit tricky to find me flight number for necessary forms - it was in very small text above my booking display. Nevertheless, this may have been because I was trying to find it too long before my flight.
Not reliable, had outages and could not add my flight. After paying for seat selection, their systems showed both seats on app. When checking in the seat allocated was the original seat. Contacted customer relations to explain but the issue was never clarified and got fobbed off with t and c's and not even acknowledged the technical problem. Poor customer service and will never pay for any extras...
The boarding pass generated from the app had the incorrect name, but it sent me a boarding pass anyway. The app kept asking me to check in, which I already had done. Via computer didn't work either. When I got the airport, they said it was my fault and I was unable to board the plane. After tears and phone calls a lovely lady at the ticket desk called me and helped me. I was able to board. The stress wasn't worth it. Don't use the app or online; check in at the airport.
I bought a ticket bit thru the app. It only showed in the app 5 days before my flight. What's the point? When I checked in I couldn't get the boarding pass on the app, but via an SMS. Really not friendly and not efficient. 😔 I'm going to uninstall and if ever fly with Brussels I'll use the webpage. Not a good app
Nice design but has bugs. For example, if you click on "Baggage edit/add" you are just sent back to a page which says thanks for booking, and has no info on baggage. App is also quite slow.
I could never create a profile. Everytime I want to check in it asks me to create an account that never happened. Keeps loading loading, endless loading when I entered my email to register. It never happened. I'm sorry, but it's true
App did mess up boarding passes, showed the same pass for multiple flights. Does not update data and boarding passes. Takes long time to link and approve after you agreed to use via email. Needs major improvements!
Unstable App. Hardly downloaded and inserted my previously made booking when the app failed to register FQT and emergency contact details due to network error http 500. Not exactly impressive reliability. On my next booking, after check-in impossible to generate boarding passes
Hello. I want to buy a ticket from Moscow to Edinburgh. But the app doesn't allow me to select “all airports” or the one that is needed. Instead, it just shows DME (DOMODEDOVO), where the plane does not take off. It shows “no flights” to all dates because it is not the right airport. Also can't buy a ticket from the site. It is written "Unfortunately system failed to verify your selection this time. Please try again." So, how is it even possible to buy a tcket if i want to use Brussels Airlines?
Not good. Can't load boarding pass. Keeps asking to register my email, which I already did. When try to re-register I get an error message. When I buy a ticket for a flight, why doesn't it save in my profile? Bad, useless app.
Ok app. Good for boarding pass. Though make the app fill the screen on 18:9 screens. Not all 18:9 phones can actually force the app to fill the screen (Galaxy S8/S9 can, but Pixel 2, Xperia XZ3 actually can't). Easy fix:
Worthless. I only wanted it to have my boarding pass on my mobile. You can't do that without creating an account, but the function to create an account doesn't work ... Complete waste of time.
App often block while performing the check in at the page concerning the security statement. indipendently of the selection the app do not proceed e you are forced to go on the website. this is not always possible. please fix it!
Quite buggy. Entering all data in leg 1 and having to recommence in leg 2.Impossible to get a mobile check-in boarding pass. Unable to get beyond security statements...frustrating.
Used way too much data. Constantly reloading. Check in feature crashes. This app needs some major OPTIMIZATIONS. You are better to use the website whenever possible.
trips cannot be added, so it is almost useless. I do appreciate the quick reply from the developer and it may not be his fault, but even now the app does not allow me to add my trip "connection timed out" but we got no connectivity problems here at my office.
Brussels airlines offers an additional optional travel insurance.In my case I have tried to book the insurance but apparently the insurance wasnot added on my booking due to a technical error of the Brussels airlines website even though I was charged.Folowing a phone conversation with the support agent from Brussels airlines,the agent claimed that they cannot add this insurance to my flight and they proposed me to search for a different insurance or cancel my flight and book it again.Bad service
Hopeless. Can't find booking. Then does after third attempt. Can't check in. Finally checked in after second attempt. Doesn't display boarding pass because apparently I'm not checked in.
Terrible app. Not easy to navigate when booking a flight. Lack of option on Manage Flight. Very low tech compared to othe airlines.
Seriously one of the worst airline apps I've ever used. So many bugs preventing me from checking in that I was forced to go to the airport early. Would not recommend.
I'm constantly using several airline's apps but this one is by far the worst one. Your profile in the app (name, address etc...) is not the same thing than your account (which is used for getting your boarding pass and checking-in). The security check for adding your account (by using your email or your phone number) doesn't work, it took me 1 hour to get the activation link... I hope they have at least solved the offline availability of boarding passes (which was still not possible a few months ago...). So by far: worst airline app ever
