Love your ice cream! Love rewards points! Your app? Not so much. I called the customer service number and Betty said I should be able to see my points on your website (instead of the app) but no. Still showing 0 points on my account in the app and web. Is there some way to speak with an app developer? Betty was nice but no help for this issue. Thanks!
Terrible app. Location search feature is useless and the app refuses to let me create an account. Tells me that a mobile phone number is required but there's not even a field to input one.
We love the San Jose Blvd location. The staff are always so friendly and they work so fast even when it's packed. And I don't think I've had a flavor I haven't liked yet! And some of the flavors are so creative. Please keep up the great work!

You need to create an account, but I can never get it to remember my entry. I click Save and the little ice cream cone spins, then disappears. So, you think it's saved. But no. Leave the page and try to get a bar ode to scan to have purchases credited. But it states you need to set up the account. You go back and everything is gone.
Installed app, setup an account but doesn't complete and fails at the password setup. Sent the email to get help and correct it and NOTHING. This is completely unusable. Not to mention my location doesn't even make full use of the app anyway. They've been there for months and still don't have 100% functionality.
For your birthday, you can't just put it in. For your favorite store, the list is not even alphbetized or put by states even, so you have to scroll through dozens of lists to find the right one. I can't sign in and i can't register - says my phone is active. No option is given to re-set by phone number. Absolutely not user friendly!!!!!
I love Brusters but hate the new app. So hard to find things now. When I wanted to find out what flavors my location has I had tap on 2 things. Now it took a long time playing with the app because there was no direction on how to find it anymore, but I finally by accident lol stumbled on it. Then when I selected to see what a flavor was it wouldnt take me back to the page for my store. It took me back to flavors and had to start all over again finding my location, etc
Love this place. Great service and really fast for a Saturday night. Thank you. We will be coming back.
App is slow to load and very rarely remembers login info. The only thing this does is keep track of reward points. If you remember and if you don't mind passing your phone back and forth with your sticky hands to the server's sticky hands while the poor person is trying to process your payment, make your order and take orders through the drive-thru. Kinda feel like a jerk usin' it. App cannot process payments, take online orders, provide menu items or prices.... Maybe someday?
Can't even get into the App. "Unknown error occurred" when trying to reset password. Didn't work, despite trying multiple times. Okay, trying to sign up with new account. Date of Birth, no place to type it out. WOW! So you expect me to scroll back on my phone, month by month, to 40 years ago. Really? USELESS APP. Tried signing in with Facebook. This is "still in development" and some other BS. USELESS, USELESS, USELESS.
The app is not really useful for anything except keeping track of points. It doesn't have any information on it, even when it sends a notification. I have to sign into it every time I want to open it. It will not save my sign in info.
Every time that I have patronized Bruster's I have had a wonderful experience. The service and employees are always professional, courteous and very patient. They are a credit to your franchise. I always recommend Bruster's when we have family over or friends and we go out for ice cream. I really enjoy my visits to Bruster's, it's a great place for family. We enjoy the cheese fries also!!!
Easy to access and like the recent UI change. Love using this app especially after work, drive down to my nearest Bruster's that's literally down the street and place my order and take out the app to scan the barcode and enjoy the rest of my day with frozen treat.
I'm gonna give it four stars because no one but Jesus gets five to be honest .. and the fact I missed out on my 50th birthday ice cream is totally my fault and the fault of snellville drivers and traffic .. Thanks for wonderful flavors . Great workers and ice cream .
App does not allow you to place order for the Blast
Definitely fix the issue with selecting the birthdate. You need to go month by month all the way back in order to enter it and that is going to lose a lot of people or you're going to get a lot of incorrect data.
Good selection of flavors including cookies and cream.

First off, my phone number mysteriously changed itself by one digit, it made it so hard to redeem my rewards. Then when I finally reached the corporate store the lady completely deleted my information and my app was blank with nothing stored in it including my rewards. Everything gone and lost. I downloaded the app again hoping to recover it and it said my current phone number was in use and would. it allow me to retrieve my information. The icecream is the bomb but I want my coupon and rewards
Website is not very good. Some ice crème listed in blue and some in black,don’t know why.. also can’t download app to an IPad, really there’s only millions of them out there.
Won't allow me to advance beyond the first page of registration. It appears even with all the poor reviews they have done nothing to address the multiple issues people are having.
I was between two minds if I should download this app after reading the reviews. I'm so glad I did. Signing up was extremely easy and fast with not alot of questions. I don't usually write reviews but I couldn't let this app have bad reviews and having people second quess if they should download it.
After reading many negative reviews, I proceeded slowly to register, and was pleased to see it worked fine for me. The location choices need order, but I was in within a minute. I hope it will be as easy to use at my next purchase.
I enjoy the special of the day & the rewards. I loves the favors & prices. The staff is very friendly & offers samples when you would like to try something new.
The app doesn't work properly. Plus, you can only enter your birthday scrolling and swiping month by month, it doesn't tell you flavors by location. Plus, they can edit your review without your permission. I'd give it a "0" of possible.
One of the worse app experiences ever. Can't get past first page - enter name, birth date, then hit next and nothing happens. tried several times - same results. Ice cream is really good but their app sucks...
Always exception service by the employees and the app always has the daily flavors listed on the store you frequent most. The rewards program is a plus as well and keeps count of your spendings/rewards. Employees always deserve a tip! (Limerick store).
This app used to work, but they changed it and now it doesn't. I used to sign in with my phone number. Now it wants an email address. When I do "forgot password", it says it doesn't exist. But if I create an account it says the v phone number is already used (which it is for my account). When I fill out a complaint form, it has a required field that says check the box, but you can only see the top of the box and it won't let you click it. Totally useless!
