Can only download on WiFi. Very stupid feature. What were you even thinking? Edit: Yes we do need the ability to download on all networks. Yeah the data is expensive, but some do have the internet but the speed isn't that good. This is why it's needed. Hope you understand the struggle.
The stories which appear here in this app will not find space in the usual Print and electronic media which always relay upon useless sensational stories of politics and other dirty things. This app gets you and hook you to positive and interesting real life stories. A must have app, I would say.
This is a very good app, I would like to give it a better review and more stars. Unfortunately there is a glitch, videos are on mute and revert back to silent when you unmute them. I'm uninstalling for now but will gladly reinstall if the issue is fixed. Edit: Many apologies for the late reply, I can now say that this app is working good, many thanks. Would be better with a dark theme but not complaining. It now gets 5 stars from me and 2 thumbs up 👍.
I have no complaints about the app the knowledge they provide is amazing , but I have that many people are asking about dark mode , I have solution for that if you use a android phone go to developers settings and turn on all dark mode ( the name might differ ) by this any app you use will display a black ui rather than the old white one . Hope it helps you ✌🏽
There's no doubt that it's an amazing app but the developer must take close attention to many issues such aa theme, autoplay, likes, favourites. And there's only wifi enabled download feature. Please consider all these things while developing. Eagerly waiting for update
Really I love this app videos which really is good to learn or understand things everyday. Just bring video quality options because it drains a lot of data.

You don't provide easy upward and downward scrolling, should provide handy scrolling like short video apps. alike instagram reels.
Great concept! Please implement a dark mode option and an Australian version would be welcome.
Why I am not able to download this app. I like brut news, explanation. Whenever I tried to download this it stuck at 76%.
I know and understand that the UI or the theme can't be the main focus of such a great app, however, THE DARK THEME is a necessity now.
Too messy..... it took so much of time for me understand the library. The UI needs to be made more clear.
Well the news is not recreating even after pulling the screen downwards and changing the region This is not caused by my net as I can easily watch YouTube with my current connection

Brut is a Really a good news source, be late but be ture unbaised and factual, also copy ideas from crux. Also provide dark theme
I like the Brut app and the way media is presented. It's great when you're stuck in a waiting room or something and need to kill a few minutes of potential boredom. As all videos are heavily subtitled, you can just mute the audio in that kind of environment and they are still very accessible. Also, as someone who speaks French as a second language, I find the app to be a very useful, daily immersion option. What's more the developers seem very responsive to issue reports. I'm just upgrading this to a five star review because they completely resolved an issue with Google Account logins in just over a day. An offline mode would be nice for those times where service is an issue (like, it would be nice to mark videos for offline viewing so they are downloaded) but I've got a feeling that's not a mainstream desire. Anyway, it's a great app! Keep up the good work. 💌
