This app is only intended to be used by first responders, and your station chief must add users to the approved access list.

Very often it will not load calls. It just sits and spins forever had it sitting for 10 minutes and it never loaded anything. All it's good for is leaving the alert up so I can see the mile post number or address.
One glaring problem. When Active Background Updates gets turned on, it should stay turned on between reboots.
Excellent App for First Responders The app works great although there are still some improvements to be made. The customer support is second to none.
Logs out randomly and them do not recieve notifications. Which is poor planning, because this app is used to notify USAR team of deployments
App was great when it worked but now it just won't open or it will freeze.
Turns off in the middle of driving to scene and must be restarted.
The map is horrible, had a cardiac arrest and it took me to the wrong end of town
Are we aloud to use this to see calls if we're not a firefighter I just like to see how it is the calls

This application is a great service to our department. We had another application but it just wasn't being used by all members as it had bugs and was cumbersome. This app is simple and easy and we are finding that everyone has gotten on board. It is simple, and does what we need.

Its a good app i love it my department loves it but it needs inprovement it logged me out my account several times
When I get a job, I like to use the map for the quickest response route and Bryx doesn't navigate like my RedAlert or Active 911 app. Disappointed.
Like to see more sounds for call notifications
Needs CAD numbers for droid phones.
After most recent updates the app is working great. Calls show up quickly, radio is working better on android also.
Good app. Goes off before the printer prints off the run. Great map function. Only wish I could have all companies added since I drive all over city wide.
Excellent job aid. A few minor touch ups needed but over all a great toil.
Slow to get calls even with improve push on and it eats battery eather way. Only opens about 40% of the time. The updates mess up more than they fix. Can't trust it.
After they fixed all the bugs it works great. If you are looking to download the app it is worth it. We use it in our department and it is awesome and very helpful.....thanks for the awesome app.
Great concept, great user interface, great tool! I had some network problems initially but now they are fixed. Love the auto-mapping and call details.
Like other reviews have said, this app all of a sudden will not load and will freeze. Alerts still come in but once you go to the app it's useless. I have re installed and still same issue. Hopefully this can be addressed soon.
