First off I read some of the comments and a lot of people are saying that the app doesn't recognize their number. We'll mine also said that when I pasted it. You have to actually enter the number. Same thing goes for the e-mail. The app says it's free but it's totally not. No features work unless you Pay! And it is very, very expensive for an app.
Keep getting a message the system deactivated my voice alert- open app to restart. Looking for help with this. Other than that works fine. Microphone states it's busy. Contacted support 3x with no response. Still no response from support other than a canned email. I'm about to ask for my $ back for the paid subscription.
Expensive, at 60 plus dollars a year for an app you probably aren't going to be using every day. As a delivery driver I could see myself biting the bullet and paying the money, but to be able to contact your guardians they also have to pay $60 a year. That's ridiculous! I'll find another app thanks.
This app use to make me feel safe. Unfortunately they have started charging fees for even the use of the SOS button. Everyone on my guardian team has uninstalled, including myself. Very disappointed that this happened. The SOS feature was all we needed. I would rather deal with ads.
I read a few articles that said this app was free but unfortunately you can't access any of the features without paying a regular fee. Good thing I tested it before actually relying on it - I'll be deleting it and getting a free one.
It was great. I occasionally used it when traveling but now the marketing guys took over and they want $69 a year. Not worth it so I'll delete it. Wouldn't mind ads, but I'm not paying for an app that i occasionally use
The app has a really good concept, unfortunately the map takes ages to load and it would be really good if there was an SOS widget that could be placed on the home screen.
It's unfortunate that you need a subscription to feel safe. I would rather pay a fee to purchase the app. It does seem like it could be usfull outside of this financial matter.
Used to be good when it was free but now it becomes a useless app. You can't send SOS unless you pay. This app is now only good for being a guardian for others you have added previously who are now paying customers. Otherwise, all the free users are just guardians. What a way to lose your potential customers.
I would like to install this app for me and my children for when they might need emergency help. But I can't even test it without paying, and when I add up the costs of installing this on not only my device but also my children's, it becomes expensive! If the app gave a chance to test it for, say, a week, I might be persuaded to pay.
₹1600/- for subscriptions is too expensive for 99% of the women in all the countries. You need to rethink your pricing strategy or simply shut this junk app down.
Tried it, says it wants a profile photo of me... Won't take it. The link I sent to my guardian angel doesn't work for them either. Then find out if I would have needed it without testing first, I would have had to pay money. Thank God I didn't wait until I really needed it. Truth is I could have used this about a week ago when I fell on my porch. Oh well. Advertise everything, offer nothing just like all the other apps.
In the terms and conditions they say that they look at your internet browser and what web pages you visit and store and SELL THAT INFORMATION. It also said it can see your payment information. Not okay for a safety app! They don't need to log your personal activity outside of the app!
frustrated downloaded the app but could not get the verification code!!! tried twice!! resend code didn't work either!! Doesn't help if it doesn't work!
Practically everything of use is behind a pay wall, the basic mode has nothing and the premium mode is where all the features are, despite advertising itself as free.
Horrible! Kept triggering an alert when I touched my phone. I never said the phrase. I deleted it. Poor design for something that could really help people
The time of this review it's been 3 months since the last five star review and 3 years before that. I get they have to make money but the SOS feature should be free if they're truly caring about your safety. I used an app to detect who this app is talking to and it's not talking to anyone.
unable to activate unless going through facebook as it is not recognizing the code sent via text. keep getting an incorrect code entered. tried on several devices and all having the same issue
I read some great reviews online suggesting this app had useful basic features with some neat add-ons available with a premium subscription, so I gave it a shot. Apparently, sometime after those reviews were written, they changed their business model so that even the most basic features are behind a paywall. Even the option to have a "guardian" account to connect with the people actually using the app for safety pulls up a subscription page. It's their right to do that, but it's not for me.
