Useless app. Always hang when load data. Complaint several times, received phonecall but no action.. Pls check Dsp Br app. Its wonderful
This app is useless. I am at the height of disappointment. It gave me no comfort as distributor.

I am a new user of this app. I am surprised to see that MIZORAM state is not listed in the state drop-down list in this app and eKYC section of ABSL mf website. Due to this reason, I am unable to complete eKYC and folio creation for my client. This issue has been reported to the backend support team last week but issue is still unresolved. Transaction and brokerage Data update in the app is very slow. Please look into these issues to improve the usability of this app.
Too much Slow, late updation, no nominee addition option while creating folio, all together it is not complete app. Irritating app. Still no action has been taken to make the app better

Worst MF App till I used. I think the employees are not interested in our ptoblem.Better to write a formal mail to the CEO and MD and let them know what is going in your Company.Not expected from BIRLA AMC for such poor technological services.
This app would be much better, if as in ICICI PRU App, the distributor can do ekyc with biometric device named "mantra mfs100"
Worst app unable to login, written several times emails also, No response from Birla AMC and from Birla Mutual funds

There must be easy option to created zero balance folio for new user and what is ARN no. I want to direct fund no need broker detail to create zero balance folio

How to make transaction after creating folio it doesn't appear in client list. Even after typing folio it says please valid folio
No option to add nominee details while creating new folio or initiating transaction online. Very poor. This is a very important feature and should be included inmediately.

Pathetic App. Same issue unable to download user data. Why you people can't solve one issue when so many distributors facing same issue. I already deleted and downloaded app again still it's not working.
