The previous web interface was far better. I could add all my phones. I could click a particular number and proceed to pay. Immediately the web interface would reflect the bill has been paid. At any later time, I could view and download and/or print it. With the new app all that is gone. The latest version just contains colours in the interface.

First time when I used this payment was successful but the app support team asked me to take up the issue with BSNL. Everybody knows how BSNL works. So nothing happened from BSNL's end. I had pay the bill amount again. Though the next two months of payment went through without any issues, the payment history is always empty. You haven't integrated with BSNL accounts department fully. Partial integration with Bill department alone is a very bad idea. Bad that each time i have to enter phone no.

Cheater app. Don't use it. They haven't recorded my payment yet and they disconnected the service for non payment. They took 2 months to rectify the issue and ended up paying late fee. If you pay through this app, your payment will not be recorded at times. Their customer support is poor and they don't usually respond in time. BSNL had great app before.

Horrible and pathetic, even payment gateway doesnt work, it keeps on deducting your money, refund wont be provided, and they update your bill record manually(atleast after 100 calls) saying some technical issue always, the app isnt complete, the developer has told me that he is still working on the history page. In history tab bill payments wont be shown - no records found always. Best part is these guys test bugs in production, UI as well is very bad, same like the font-written-logo they have

Like most users my payment did not show up in my account and also I could not take a receipt print or screenshot . However, I did note down the details. When I gave the bsnl cc that, they had no clue what it was. So for about 2 months my payment did not reflect in the account and I had to pay late fee too.

Only update is that I am able to pay bill without any difficulty. The other details as mentioned - Bugs Fixed, Dashboard with pending bill accounts and paid accounts,Transaction history issues attended,Navigation issues resolved.--- none resolved. Keep trying.... Latest - now I am unable to pay FTTH payment through this app.

Pathetic behaviour and not tested properly. Unable to make payments via all modes available. It simply throws error that email is mandatory. My profile has email address and mobile no still the app is not taking this details. I tried all options, getting same error. App is not allowing to make payments.

Whenever i tried to pay my FTTH bill, it keeps on telling that payment "made through offline channel". At this minute outstanding amount is ₹950. Till I get this corrected, it is only one star... for the effort of preparing the app. Sometimes, the messaged reads, "we are offline....". Disgusting experience.

I've updated to the new one but still this app is the worst app ever. I used to pay my ftth bills from here but when i check the history it doesn't show anything, it says "No record found". And we don't even get the notification or payment receipt right after paying the bills also. So i think some private company should take over and rebuild this app again .

Always I get a message that, "this portal as server not reachable try after sometime". If you go to BSNL portal for making Payments, it again redirect us to this epay!! Absolute non-sense. I could not make the payment last month and now I got to pay for two months together. Even now the condition is the same. Even today, it is not redirecting for UPI payment link!! useless application. you may open counters to collect payment or accept your inability. I can happily surrender the connection. most irritating app in the world (sic).!!!

BSNL server not reachable. Try some other time. This is only response all time from the app. Frustrated with service. Should implement the payment method to Portal. It was much more easier. Why should we customers fight with an app to pay a bill? If persists a change in network and no other go.

Pathetic app. You can't see complete bills. You can't see transaction history. Bill receipt sometimes come most of the time not. I don't understand why BSNL is so reluctant to improve. May be app has been made by Lowest cost bidder with low quality service.

Well my first experience was not pleasant on this app as my transaction was declined and still the money was deducted when i was making a payment against my bsnl broadband number. But i contacted with their customer support and they resolved my issue after two days. Next month(march2020) i again paid through this app and this time it was done smoothly.I must say that the app has been improved but BSNL EPAY has to maintain this quality in the future also for the customers to have trust on you.

Terrible service. Terrible website. Been trying to pay my bill past 1 week. Wrote to them. No response. SO HOW DO I PAY. Not that BSNL provides good service. I pay bills even though WiFi service not provided regularly. Surely they will disconnect if payments not made. Shouldn't they be answerable to the horrible WiFi service

First provide good service for BSNL FTTH users, then only everyone will apps provided by BSNL. This app doesn't work properly. Sometimes at the the last moment of transaction, it fails. There are many other apps which works smoothly like gpay, phonepe, Amazon pay etc. Don't use this app.

Worst app ever. Doesn't allow to add my ftth number. Says incorrect MPIN, but app never asked for mpin. So I Made my payment via Bharat bill payment system, it not getting reflected. Called customer care raised ticket via call, email and via site, no body cares to reply. It's more than a month

This application is buggy 1: I have made payment but in payment history menu no record found 2: After the payment made there is an option to download receipt but as I click on download receipt no page became irresponsive. I hope developer will squash the bug

You cannot store your phone number which you regularly pay. Also if you feed the correct bank details its says details incorrect. Looks like app is not well designed and user friendly.

Sarkari app whose only functionality is to show errors both in app and on website. Not able to pay BSNL FTTH bill and BSNL is not providing any other option to pay bill. Google should make sure such buggy apps are not allowed to get listed in app store as it is directly denting users trust in quality of apps available on Google Play Store.

Regular Customer of BSNL Request to fixed or Add our regular No in our account which will be going to pay the bill amount very month.. so that no need to enter every time Also once the bill is paid need the bill to be showning in this app with WATERMARK as bill IS PAID.... Just its my recommendation beacuse we hear in abroad have all bill after making payment in their app shows that this is paid in WATERMARK So no need to process etc also paid history not showing Thanks & Regards

*** Update *** 14/06/2020 The issue is still not resolved. Neither your support called me or replied to my complaints. How can you say fixed? Bad App , I used to pay the ftth bills through this app. This month it stopped working. It is throwing mPIN error. BSNL sending many pending payment alerts , i shared the error screenshot to the pinnacle's whatsapp support and email support no reply yet. Looks like who gave tender to Pinnacle technologies is truly corruption in mind. Well done BSNL, moving towards privatisation like TCS is only the way forward. Pinnacle can be renamed as "Apologies Technologies Limited"
