Area Served: if you are a BSNL customer across all circles of BSNL, you can avail this service for free as long as you have opted for correct STVs.
Current STV's served:
STV- 97, STV - 365, STV - 997, STV 998, STV - 1999, STV 399. The details of STV currently supporting shall be updated from time to time.
How to Access the contents.
Step 1: When you subscribe from any of the sTV mentioned above nationally on BSNL network, you shall be eligible for access to BSNL TV contents.
Step 2: Recharge. on success, you shall receive the SMS message with User name & OTP (As password) to access the service. Your mobile name is generally the user name and password is the OTP supplied to you over SMS.
Step 3: Enter your BSNL Mobile as user name and Pass word as supplied in OTP sms.
Step 4: on first logon - you shall be able to change your password (optional)
Step 5: Select your language and watch contents. You can select a different language or add more language later from the settings section.

The very bad app. It doesn't open. All time message "something went wrong, try again later."
The app shows the home page after installation. Thats is all. I have tried all routine ways like rebooting and reinstalling. It seems the app works selectively on a few phones and is not compatible with a vast majority of phones, as may be seen from the reviews. The last update was on 22.06.2021. Yet, the developer assures that the issue was fixed even after this date. It just reveals apathy and inefficiency and a false facade as if they are doing something. I am uninstalling.

Worst of all. Only the message "something went wrong" looks very nice!!!!! Somehow it is BSNL!!! HOW CAN IT WORK?

Awesome, love the music videos, enjoying every song from latest to oldest, great choice. Great entertainment from variety of languages. Perfect blend of content on the App. Games are also awesome.
I love this App...movie of all genres, drama, romance, action etc.. full experience at my fingertips...my favorite songs videos.. what an awesome experience. No ads and no glitches.... This is perfect .
After logging in successfully, the second and last step was to select a language. Except for English, Hindi and Marathi, all other local languages were present in the list. Like Punjabi, Kannada, Bengali, etc. So I selected Punjabi in order to get past the initiation process. English as an option is nowhere to be seen and I can only watch the shows in the local language that has been selected. I even tried searching some popular English TV shows but in vain. Uninstalling it now.
Previously I was unable to login .it used to say something went wrong ,try later But I messaged them on what's app and mailed them . Issued solved within hour . Also they provided password & login id. It needs so much work. Yes it has content which is unavailable on other apps but no other new features which private companies provide . New movies , songs must be brought .
After installing this app I logged in and it always shows "something went wrong. Please try again later", doesn't even load any content. Have uninstalled the app and reinstalled, and the result is same. And I am using my broadband with speed of 60 Mbps. So can't even make excuse of bad network.
App is stopping after 3-4 seconds. After opening the app, It's showing app home screen for 3-4 seconds, nothing loads and then it crashes me back to my mobile screen. Tried everything, nothing worked. My mobile is in good condition and I've never witnessed anything like this with other apps.
The app freeze 🥶 at the starting of an app. I recommend y'all not to download this buggy app. Waste of time and work.
The app after installing does not open. It gives message something went wrong. Try later. Even after multiple times unable to start the app itself. It's so painful to see our bsnl app being so pathetic compared to any small company app. I reinstalled the app but now it doesn't work and only the screen is seen. It is the worst app any one can design. Ridiculous.
Available Bollywood Movies in app are oldest🥴 as time, new stuff like Tollywood and Hollywood movies should be added🙄. Provide option for change in video quality 😤 and more categories of movie. It doesn't have any games to play, as shown in play store😒. All BSNL apps have same issue of ""something went wrong"" 😫please remove this in next update. Notebook part is good one so I increase my ratings. Otherwise it is waste of time to spent on it.🤣 Thanks 👍
The app is good indeed. You have to add more content. And I was just browsing the music section in the app. It lacks many languages and tracks. Please add atleast few basic songs from everylanguage as soon as possible in those tracks. Also bring more platforms in here. And if you can then please merge my bsnl with this app. Because it can bring more uploads to this app alone.
Absolutely Fantastic app to watch the video songs and movies. I am in love with this app 😍 if anyone likes movies specially in regional languages like Punjabi, Bhojpuri, Odia, Malayalam and recently added Tamil and Telugu movies have a good choice. Unlike other Apps it doesn't keep any advertisement which interrupts every now and then to spoil the mood. All variety of Music is available at one place, Romantic, sad, dance hits etc. Thank you BSNL I just love ❤ it!

Great! I'm happy with BSNL WOW. Great content and good quality of videos. The bar in bottom helps what you want to view, movies, video songs/clips, Now they have started auto playing of video is also good as it save time in clicking again to see the video, new categories introduced on the top helps to view the vast variety of music and movies you have. Better than previous BSNL TV App.
I absolutely love the app. I do wish that it wouldn't all if you were still watching. It would be even better if they had an option for making a movie, Playlist that would play through the list for you while you were wanting to watch that Playlist.
Not at all impressed with the app. Slow to react, content is not relevant, languages are not added, overall limited app. It will take a half or full day to open the app..Marathi contents not available. Its not a TV, change the app name. Overall really not impressed and suggested to built an app who meets the customer requirements immediately.
Hi..Please improve some of points 1. app don't have hindi or English language 2. contains loads very very slow after 3 or 4 refresh its work something. 3. not able to click on change language in settings. even there is no text box on that that indicates it is change language option. 4. Not able to open notifications. 5. Not able to see my validity.
This is a very good app and love the music quality. I just started using it a week back and I am already in love with it. You can download App and use it for free on your recharge. And most importantly there were no add breaks .Overall the app is very good.
The worst application on play store. waste even 1 second behind it. Such a lame content is there, you won't be able to watch anything on it. They give it free with prepaid recharge as if they are giving amazon prime, but this is just a piece of junk so don't install it.
Worst app ever seen, first day it fails to login. Next day able to login successfully but there are no much & good content available. There are no video quality selection option. Not even categorised content. First I thought like other TV app available in martket it should also provide live streaming but it's not there.
Does not even deserve a rating. I have taken recharge 365 stv subscription. But no use of the app. It's misleading all. Playstore should not allow such apps to be in this. Just like bsnl service in landline and broadband. Where they take ages to even disconnect or fix a issue. This app is as disgusting. No movies. I have the password for this app via d stv plan. Genuinely Don waste ur money on recharges. I Will soon switch over to jio.
Worst app ever. The app doesn't support at all. Received only the following error while open the app. *Something went wrong, please try again later*. No movies can be played, same error occurs while trying to open the movies.
After installing this app, it shows only the splash screen. I tested with two smartphones, but have the same issue. While closing the app, it shows the error titled "Something went wrong. Try again later".
Very very waste app to use. What the fun with the app. It's waste off use. There is noo content in the app. All are very old program's. You want to keep mooooore content in the app. I'm very excited to open it first and then when i opened there's nothing. Please update the app as fast as possible.
Can't understand this app coz it doesn't open. i guess it's one of the worst apps ever. Every time i open it says something went wrong try sometime later.
