BSNL Wallet - Recharges, Bill Payments, Expenses

It is about the supercash which I didnt get after transaction of electric bill. Also, when I saw, the ways/options of redemption of supercash is limited to upper class and upper middle class people. It is not for all economical class people. I was thinking that supercash will be there in wallet, but its not. I will use this app for some more days and the continuity of this app will depend on further experience. Thank You

While making a recharge in bsnl no. 9733****98 I declined the transaction and didn't provide any OTP to make any transaction through credit card, but the amount Rs. 102 got deducted and no recharge was done and most importantly nothing was being seen in the transaction history. What a ridiculous app this is!! Not trustable.

i am very disappointed by this app. i paid electricity bills by using offers. they sent me a notifications that super cash will be credited in your account with in 48 hourse. but i didn't get any super cash offer for even one bill. there is not customer service support to contact them. i hate this app.

Not good apps for prepraid recharge especially for BSNL.. I face this problem, when I recharge BSNL, most of the plans and tarriff are either invalid or failed. Though the apps is design for BSNL most of the plans and tarrifs of BSNL doesn't work in this app, inaccurate rates, validity and talktime used to be different after recharge. Offers in the app are not applicable.

My first time experience with this app is not satisfactory. Because I recharged for prepaid mobile of Rs 50 yesterday. I received message of debit the said amount from my account. But the recharge for the amount is failed. I received the message of failed and is said that the amount will be credited. I have to wait for credit. I hope it is not a best experience for me rather than go to the nearest recharge center. So I cannot give 5 star.

BSNL is always preferable to me. I have very good experience and sweet memories. They have never cheated in any form. And one more thing, they facilities which BSNL can provide to its customers are incomparable with other service providers (non-government).

I don't like super cash concept, if the app wants to give cash back , then it's better to give straight away like other apps. Even if super cash is given it will expires. other apps providing far better discounts and cash back offers

This is a worst App. I use this App to recharge my phone of Rs. 198. The bill amount withdrawn from by account but after that it shows an error and it is not credited in my phone. If it is before making payment it is well and good. But this is very fraud. My money lost by using this App.

One transaction failed, it shows amount credited to your wallet but no amount credited. Really i got loss that amount so don't download such app and make sure you all are save without downloading it.

They are cheating people to make money. Shame on you mobikwik. Worst app i have ever used. Do business in more ethical way you cant cheat people in long term beware! They have deducted the amount from my account and not recharged yet. They are showing the recharge has done succesfully. But i haven't got any recharge from there side. My amount also is not refunded.

I will not give any star(rate). This is a fraud apps. I recharged Rs 365, amount was deducted. But transaction was failed. My money has not refunded. I was complaining again and again. But they had not any reply. I am so disappointed. Please don't use this app. Mobikwik, it's very unfair.

this app is fake. this is because i visited this app for mobile recharge of bsnl. firstly it said my payment is in progress. suddenly they said payment failed and said to retry again. i tried again. in these both cases my money was debited but payment was failed. then i got the message that my money would be returned within 7 day. after seven days i contacted them then i got no reply. so i want to suggest Google to remove this app from play store so that anyone should not be trapped

NivAWESOME! It's a easy to use app. Recharge is made through the authentic bill desk pathway. I would had given it a 5 star ,but I have deducted one as this app can be made more fluid in terms of easier login methods and user interface.

My recharge failed and money got deducted from my account and never got that money refunded back to my account .I dont trust this app anymore eventhough that wasn't such huge amount (less than 500) it could happen again .moreover this app does not provide relevant customer support. No wonder bsnl is losing its pride. CRAMPY APP NOT RECOMMENDED. Unless the issue is fixed and my money is refunded.

Very unmanaged and unregulated app. I recharged my TV for INR 200 with a supercash of 10 rs. It showed that the transaction had failed but it deducted 190 from my bank account. No details of failed transaction in on this app while bank is showing that Mobikwik has deducted the money. Compalint number doesn't work. It connects only one time in a day and you have to wait for 20 mins but no reply is given. Don't use this app or any app in partnership Mobikwik. Very disappointed. whom to complaint?

Worse app I ever used. I recharged to my bsnl number,but it shows recharge failed and your amount will be credited within 7 working days. After it shows successfully credited to my account. But I am not received my amount.

Well its a mess. At 1st you will feel comfortable. But after using sometime it will eatup your money. It will show you recharge successfull but not the benefit will be given at you recharging number. I was recharging my bsnl mobile number for Rs 99 and Rs 10 and then Rs 30 it shown successful recharge but benefit was not given. And also they didn't return back my money even after waiting 6 days. Its worse! 😢😢😢

Very very fraud app the amount is debited from bank but the recharge is failed and couldn't refund to my bank everytime this is happen for more than 5 times I lost 1000 rps. If we report they say nothing correctly. Very fraud app don't use

1.Mainly it does not recharge instantly BSNL number from its own wallet. 2.If it fails it adds to own wallet instead of refunding to respective bank account. 3.No matter what recharge status would be fail or success it takes hell lot of time.It's disgusting to wait for a long time and get failed status most of the time. 4.No option to remove old debit or credit card

I do electricity bill payment of 695 rupees and my money is deducted but in reality Bill payment was not successfully done 😡 When i send all my transaction details with them . I do bill payment on 23/11/2020. Today is 26/12/2020 till now , I don't get my money back . I am exausted to say them send my back . This is my worse experience with this app. I don't recommend to anyone to believe on this app 👎 👎👎 Use Google pay ,phone pay , Payment ,Amazon ... They are Much better than this.

This is a worst app.I use this app my phone recharge 02/02/2020 of Rs.₹365/-.This bill amount withdrawn from by debit card.but after that it shows an error.Failing for the first time, I tried the second time Rs. ₹365/- but failed this time too. And this two time my money was deducted.I lost it.it is not credited my phone.if it is before making payment it is well and good.but this is very fraud.my (₹365×2time = ₹730/-)money lost by using this app.please recharge it or refund my money back.

Very worst app. Every time when I recharged for BSNL failures msg comes and money returned to wallet. When we want to return we must pay. This is the trick they are doing during recharge times. Not only for me. In my office most of them feel the same. Please don't cheat

Cashback/SuperCash scheme must change, what is this? A user getting Cashback/SuperCash but he/she can use only 5% of it for per transaction this is just worst, other E-wallets are also providing Cashback but they don't have this terms & condition, Everywhere after earning Cashback a user can utilise it as there own wish no terms & condition for utilising it.

I paid my mobile data recharge, and it showed as success. But, the data plan never got acrivated. I called my service provider and they told me to contact mobikwik to refund my money. I contacted mobikwik customer care and the automated voice told me that the customer care executive is not free and to try later. I tried online complaining, but it was a fraud. Totally fraud app. Loser.

It doesn't recognise the card expiry month which is earlier than 10 (i.e. months before October). Suppose, if you've to put expiry date as 05/25, where 05 is the 5th month i.e. May, and 25 is the year 2025. What the app would do is when you begin to type '05', it would turn it into '5' and then when you start typing the month '25', it would turn it into '52/5'. And you're stuck bad. To make matters worse, you don't even get alternatives to the Debit card payment. Sucks!!

Fraud application. I paid my BSNL bill of Rs 796 from the wallet on 5-10-2018. The amount was deducted but the payment was not acknowledged by BSNL. I have been complaining repeatedly for the past 5 months. No refund is made yet. The wallet replies, The amount was paid to the merchant. BSNL says No payment was made on that day. Both BSNL and Mobikwik are frauds. Down down BSNL! Down down Mobikwik! Both are cursed.

The 3 transactions i have made got failed constantly and i havent received the amount and when i filed a complaint from the app they immidiately logged me out from the app and now i am unable to login...please help me out from this situation..i have lost a total amout of 1300 !!!!!!!!!

Needs lots of improvements and various additional and more advanced features for money transactions, recharges, bill payments etc. Offers not so attractive and payment options, just useless...not acceptable at any outlet, petrol pumps or anywhere else..😔😖

Recharged with ₹ 100 and it shows success only in the app. In actuality, I lost the money. Tried ways to contact. But no option. Same thing happened before with ₹ 16 recharge, but it did refund. Poorly built

I have done a recharge to my mobile using this wallet. Money debited but recharge wasn't done. No refund from this app. Some times app didnt work. When contacted through app Help section they confirmed and asked to contact the operator. Sim Operator says there is no refund because app is not related ro sim operator. Worst app ever seen
