I think I have chosen the wrong bank ...I mean what's the use of having online banking app if it doesn't let u do the things it's made for in the first place..... very inconvenient and frustrating!! .... cant even transfer money for immediate reasons, it's high time the IT department needs to look into this or else you will be losing alot of valued customers.
Better controls and interface needed. Not quite up for the tasks cause it's too childish. Lagging is also like a daily ritual for this app. Probably since the day this app came out, people have been complaining about that Network Error message when we open the app, but seems like there is no attention being given to this situation. People have work to do and transactions to make. Customer needs should be considered when running this type of service.
It's been more than 2 weeks since I've been trying to open this app to check my balances and an unprecedented NETWORK ERROR keeps popping up. If people have been complaining about this app for almost a month and nothing has been done about it, what's the use of having it up anyway? BSP please fix this problem it's really becoming an unnecessary nuisance lugging my behind into the banks to check on balances in person when I have other things to do about my busy day. Godspeed!
I was able to login before. Now it say network error. This is really frustrating. Numerous customers have raised this issue but no action done. Look into this ASAP. Why implement technology when you cannot maintain it?? Look into this issue now!
Worst app.. Its been 2 weeks since I'm trying to login but it keeps saying network error when there is no network problem. Also I'm trying to reach BSP customer care but my call never goes through. Request if this can be solved asap or just don't have a app for the sake of it. Waste of time
It is not user friendly, Password should have been Pin, Transfer should be open instead of trying to save different account numbers 1 by 1, i find it very difficult to go from place to place in this apps. First time using BSP bank
What is up with this app now?! Before, it was working fine but now, any attempt to log in with the same log in details as before warrants a "network error" message. It's been like this for weeks now. Is the bank going to rectify this anytime soon because it is really inconvenient and frustrating.
I'll give it ⭐⭐⭐. The service is OK. It's just the part where we want to view like the past 3 months of statement. Or even like the last 40 transactions. Please upgrade this app. The app is OK really...just that part which needs to be fixed. Vinaka!
Pretty pathetic considering you can't top up mobile phones. If you dont provide the service, why have it as an option in the banking app. You either add the service or remove the option from the app.
5 star for being so awesome. I mean i just love using this app. Its so easy and i mean, awesome features and easy to use. Still there is room for improvement where alot of other features can be integrated into this app for convinience of BSP cutomers. Nevertheless im so impressed by this App and i love it. Thanks BSP.❤
It was ok till last year...this year m trying to ope uo this app though my net is 4g+ full bar yet says check internet connection like bruh can you people fix up the glitches..thank you
My available balance and current balance shows different amounts, and when I recharge online via visa card it couldnt get thought but the amount shown in app decreases non the less which results in me not being able to transfer money
It's frustrating to see that I am unable to login. It keeps on prompting network error. Humbly requesting the BSP IT section to please look into this to ensure that we are able to access our accounts asap.
Cant seem to log into my account as it keeps saying network error and that it has encountered an unexpected error and asks to try again later. Tried everything to fix it on my phone but NOTHING
Not very responsive app. Don't know how to do top up or pay water and electricity bills. How to pay to courts Fiji limited. Just include another option to transfer to my Vodafone mpaisa or digicel mycash. That'll make everything much easier. Please include a detailed video to give us the knowledge how to use this app.
Keeps saying network error network error, what the hell, we are overseas and we depend on the app for transfer. Is these a joke? As much as you want us to bank with you, we also require you to provide accessible services.
Very pathetic service....when I try to login it says Network error when my network is Good. Went to the bank, they can't do anything....I think time for change this bank...Come on BSP because of us customers, you are there.
Cola, I have re installed the application and its not working(Worked fine before) It says check internet settings.If I can use other applications installed in my phone than there shouldnt be any problem with your application.Please check on your applicatiin from your end.. Vinaka
The app does not log me out when I change to another app. This is a security issue. Otherwise it's easy to set up and user friendly.
Hopeless app. It was working before. I cannot login to my account anymore because it says network error although my network is fine. 0 rating for this pathetic app. Giving it 1 star rating so that I can post my review.
I don't even wana give 1star coz of how pathetic this app is...If you can't give the comfortability and convenience then please simply close this app rather than letting customers frustrate trying over and over again just to open the app which never happens.
everytime i try to log in it kept on saying network error...when all the other apps works perfectly fine...even my ANZ app opens with 1 try only...very disappointing..
Pathetic. Its a stupid app. Doesn't accept even the correct login details. Got my account locked just because of that and will have to contact the bank. Improve it or remove it.
Please fix the network error issue. Almost all users are complaining about the same!! Works great for a while!
For some reason I could never do an online transfer and when I tried several times I wasn't refunded!! Now I can't even log in.. nothing will show up!

I had the App downloaded in my phone but unfortunately, it did not want to open so I uninstalled it. Now I'm having trouble downloading the App. Thank you BSP Fiji Mobile Banking.
It was working fine, until I got the network error stated "encountered an unexpected error please try again later" look into this, developers..
This app is disappointing and has not been designed to customers needs. The menu paths are not intuitive at all which is a standard for all apps. Now I am also facing log in issues as with many of the users who have provided feedback. It looks like a a recent issue that BSP does not seem to be able to fix or provide an explanation to users. The entire app needs a redesign. Its painful to use.
