Subsequent logins using the same mobile device require the customer only enter the CIF Number and Password. There are certain exceptions that require you to go through the activation process again as follows:
• You upgrade your mobile device operating system and wipe out the settings.
• You log into Mobile Banking using a new mobile device.Password Requirement for App
• Be at least eight (8) characters long but not more than fifteen (15) characters.
• Contain at least one number (0-9), one upper case letter (A-Z) and one lower case letter (a-z).First time users will need to perform Activate User option which is available on Sign In Screen. You will need to enter your BSP CIF Number, BSP bank number card and mobile number that is registered for BSP USSD Mobile Banking. Enter all the details and Submit.You will receive 6 digits SMS Activation Code that you need to enter in the next screen, followed by new and confirm password creation. Submit all the details for processing.Every time you attempt to use BSP Mobile Banking App on new mobile device after first time activation, you will need to perform Activate User option which is available on Sign In Screen. You will need to enter your BSP CIF Number, BSP bank card number and mobile number that is registered for BSP USSD Mobile Banking. Enter all the details and Submit.You will receive 6 digits SMS Activation Code that you need to enter in the next screen and Submit. You will continue to use the same password created during first time activation.

Frustrated. After the app was updated, I have not been able to login anymore. I've repprted this to BSP, who then got me to complete their application form again (3 months ago). And to date I am still unable to login.
This app is hopeless,why provide an option to register yet you can't even get registered.. I tried using this app to get registered to do mobile banking so I don't have to go to the bank during this pandemic just to find out from customer care that I have to physically go to the bank to get registered..what a slap on the face,I hope you fix this problem so people don't have to stand in long queues..go bsp
Had problems with getting PayPal setup as customer care were also confused about 3d and being able to assist...kept forwarding me to other people hoping that I would run out of credits and give up calling...customer care rating is zero with supporting this app...terrible...12 days later I have not received a response to my original query...
Bad, does not work at all. Its simply a waste of time and data downloading the app does pretty much nothing cant log in even when all username and password are correct. Only giving it 1 star cause cant give a 0 star rating. Dont download
I reckon the old version of the app was way better, effective and effient. Can't even login to the app and even when logged in I can't make transactions to other banks.
Can't even download several times with my smartphone,🤔 time consuming. Thanks for the commitment with a single star....
Trying to activate my account but nothing happing, keeps getting error message. Useless App. Waste of time downloading.
Can't log in, try multiple times. Call BSP Customer Service and was referred to branch. Visited branch in Kimbe and no positive results. Still unable to login. For me this application is only wasting my precious time.
I was not impressed after I updated the App and could not login again. In every attemp to log in I was notfied that the App was disabled.
Kind of frozen. Installed and uninstalled three times doesn't work. Cant download on multiple handsets. Useless! Could have given you zero.
Have registered on phone banking and internet banking and currently using but somehow I still can't login after installing this app...Is there separate login ID for this app? Anyway, I have uninstalled. Thank you.
The app is good but does not contain or have the "accept" or "proceed" icon. Could you please fix this minor bug.
I've already registered gave in all my details, and still I'm yet to log in. I've emailed their branch at waigani but the feedback was poor. Please BSP pull up your socks. 🤦😔
This app hs been supper helpful to me am giving it a 5 🌟 been able to access my account, check deposit , balance and statement anywhere i travel too also presently in West Africa it supper connecting qnd make we feel closer to png thank you tru..
Is BSP Internet app different from Bsp mobile banking app? Could can't access this app, it keeps saying this number is not registered. Frustrating... Can't u fix this app?

Just hopeless! I've followed the BSP instructions to activate to use the services. And I can't even activate my mobile. It's been 3weeks or so, trying to activate and all I receive is error messages continuously. *277# Error Message: Service is currently unavailable. BSP Mob App (Application itself) Error message: Customer is pending activation. Goodness! When am I going to start using the application... This is really frustrating...
