its empty. the world's first totally empty, meaningless app , that you are actually directed to download and use. I hope the event is a lot better organised, although it leaves me a bit worried !!
It has the only vaguely up to date venue map, and there's some other useful info in here somewhere, but it is hard to find even by festival app standards.
Doesn't reflect 2019 line up; a month to go and the app currently serves no purpose! Now, 7 weeks after my adverse comment above - and following a promise that the app would be updated by yesterday - nothing has changed: no app update - so with only a very few weeks until the events start, the app is wholly useless!
Amazed to note that, according to this app, on 8th July 2019 at 4.20pm, the Barclaycard stage is to be graced by none other than the legendary Chas & Dave - all the more remarkable given that poor old Chas passed away last September!! Woefully - and disrespectfully - out of date.
app is unresponsive and contains outdated information, even during the event.

Downloaded for 2019 states will be updated on 20 Jun now 21 Jun! Stated on app will be updated by 26th Jun now the 27th and still waiting better to just wait till you get there
Rip off food and drink not allowed anything except a bottle of water. Will never ever go again.

Great app and very helpful. But the apple music section dosent work. If you click on Bruno it takes you to Michel bubble playlist
Doesn't cache anything to the phone, so is totally unusable when you're at the venue. Horrible to navigate.
Terrible app. Everything is a webview resulting the app not working on the the venue, the time you need it most.
Doesn't work offline when no Internet connectivity is expected at the event.
Hopeless - can't see your account when you have purchased tickets....
Received an email with a shared ticket stating I need to download this garbage app to download it. I downloaded the thing and lo and behold the link in the email doesn't work there is no support online and no alternative way to access tickets. Great job bst it seems you are doomed to be nothing more than a pseudo festival in every way shape and form for all eternity
With a month to go and all acts announced this still shows last year's line ups. The map is kinda useful though.
Absolute shambles. Less than a month to go and it's mostly last year's stuff. Nothing but a list of things you're not allowed.
After a lot of waiting the line up for 2019 is finally here. But the app still has problems, for example, the festival map doesn't work. Update: Today is the first day of the festival, I click the map and can only see stripes... useless.
