I downloaded the app to file claims but when you try to file a claim it crashes.

Company is terrible. The app barely works you will need to explain literraly everything 5 more times even though you have submitted everything requested. The card barely works so you have to use the app, the app barely works so you rarely get reimbursed. Do not get bswift for your employees. The BS stands for something.
When you hit submit a claim it crashes you back to the passcode screen. Still useful to see your benefits balance but the one thing it would be really great for - submitting a claim- you can't do.
