Doesn't work. Once you sign in, you grant it all the permissions it asks for, then you just get an error asking you to enable "Cloud Voice Express in the Calling Account settings". You click the open settings button, and there is no such option for "calling account" or "cloud voice express". Update as of 9th April, BT asked me to get in touch in reply to this issue, but then didn't bother to respond to my email. What a waste of time, and as usual, poor customer service.

Terrible app, I delete and reinstall the app every few days because it stops working. Gets stuck in a loop sometimes and won't let me answer the caller. Doesn't work properly with Bluetooth in vehicle. Voicemail plays but you can't hear anyone speaking.... Better off diverting calls to a different number and not using cloud voice express app....

Just updated today. Now I can't use this on my Samsung S21. As this is for a business I will be getting in touch as I am now loosing customers due to the app unable to open and operate. Having put my password in and get another screen that says open setting then allow BT Cloud Voice Express. I switch this on but stuck in a loop. Fixed the issue myself after a fresh install goto app setting and do a forced stop on the app. Then all should work again when you restart the app.

You've done something in your update which is preventing my once working app from loading at all. I've uninstalled it, reinstalled it. Switched my phone off and on. I've restarted my phone. I've been into the app settings and forced stop. Will it load. Will it heck as like. Can't control my diverts unless I'm at home. Which defeats the object really. Please fix it.

This app is not fit for purpose. Incoming calls frequently get stuck in a loop which I cannot answer. This then stops any incoming calls to the desktop phone. The mobile completely locks up and I can't even get to the home screen. A reboot of the mobile and sometimes even the desktop phone is the only way to get incoming calls working . This is jamming incoming calls and is a major risk for a business to use it therefore I have uninstalled it. You have let your customers down big time BT !

I've just plugged in my phones. Message from BT to say that Cloud Voice Express is working. However I've tried logging in but it keeps telling me "failed to sign in" - I've double, triple checked the User ID and password but still no joy. Its Saturday morning and I can't get through to anyone to advise, but judging by the reviews I've just read, I'm wondering if I've made the right decision!

App is terrible. Once logged in, all permissions granted etc I still can't use it. Can't dial out, and when someone tries to call I answer, spends forever "connecting" then gives me an error message "failed to SIP register". I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, logged out and back in. The WhatsApp online chat is useless too, and when calling I can barely understand the person on the other end of the phone.

The bt cloud express package is terrible. This app doesn't really work and certainly does not give the promised functionality. Update 04/07/20. I have just downloaded the latest version. It does look as if I can now make calls from my phone contacts using the app. However the mobile still rings after I answer a call on the (totally useless) Yealink handset. As a package I still rate it as terrible. For instance the directory only has a field for "name" ie first + last + company. So Ann Bloggs and Fred Bloggs are under A and F. Ann & Fred Bloggs is also under A. If you search for "eri" you ger Catherine, Eric, Heeringa etc. Not very user friendly

Never got it to work - unable to get past the "enable Caller Accounts" screen. BT think it doesn't work with v 6 of Android or at least certain versions of it despite the requirements being for v 6 and upwards. Think this app was written by a pimply school leaver and not been tested as a mate of mine has found lots of holes in it. Been released way too early without any sort of testing in my opinion.

Agree with other reviews, changed to BT digital thinking it was progress, wasted 2 hours trying to log into this app, rang for assistance only to be told they had forgotten to send my activation code now I have to log in using a hideous e mail address and password which I don't seem to be able to change, despite already having a BT Business account, logged out as it was sending every landline call to mobile despite changing settings and now won't let me log back in, BT are a waste of space!

I have now had to uninstall the app as the coordination between it and receiving a call on the land line is very poor. If I answer a call using the land line the mobile continues to ring and continues to ring even after the land call is ended! I cannot end this and have to restart the phone clear. I then get a text about a missed call. (Galaxy S9) I would suggest the app is virtually unusable at the moment!

Very poor sound This app could be brilliant and a real boon to working-from-home workers everywhere. Unfortunately the sound quality is consistently poor. People tell me I sound very faint an can barely hear me. If I use the same phone to call them from my mobile SIM, the sound is perfect. I have strong internet. Shame, it could be really useful.

App sticks on a permissions prompt. I'm doing everything it asks me to do but can't get past this to even get onto the first screen! Have gone round in circles all evening.. after reading other reviews have give it up as a bad job!!

This is the worst app that I have ever used. I thought it would be helpful to redirect calls whilst out of the office. It doesn't work reliably ever. When I dirvert calls to my colleague it still calls me. When I switch off the divert it still calls me. On the odd occasion it actually manages to divert to my colleague it's almost impossible to stop it diverting to him again. I wouldn't even give it one star. Truly awful.

The Do Not Disturb setting does not work and keeps switching itself off! Recieve multiple notifications for one call. Cannot distinguish between BT Cloud calls and mobile calls. Not an app for serious business users... yet! Have deleted it for the time being.

This is the most frustrating app I have ever used, my business phone rings and I answer it, a few mins later my mobile phone rings and there's no-one there obviously because I've already taken the call, then I can't reject the call on my mobile and the only way to cancel it is to restart my mobile......not good when you are in the middle of cooking and serving in a busy cafe. Totally useless!!

Just does not work and keeps cycling back to the log in screen time and time and time again. Useless for our business and does not provide the service we are paying for. A big BT con. Have installed the latest update of December 2019 many times and the problems persist. BT should be ashamed but probably don't care. They just keep billing and collecting the money. The posted reviews indicate that the app is unstable, inconsistent and needs urgent rectification by expert developers.

Can't even sign in, despite calls to BT who assure me my details are correct, just keep getting "failed to sign in". I've reset password etc but still no joy. Update, I can now sign in, only taken nearly 13 months but thankfully all sorted now, problem was BT I believe not the app itself!

Can't have a personal message answer phone message for callers (customers) ??! If i would have known that i would have stayed with the regular phone line. Jumped through so many hoops to get this set up. If bt would have provided simple instructions from the beginning, like you need to log in to your regular bt account to set this up. Oh...hang they told me that, they forgot to mention that you needed to use another email address as the user name and also not tell you they have given you one.

Does not ring when business phone rings unless the app is open and in use. Then rings about 5 min after i end call on business phone. Note to BT - Called you several times to fix, but your best answer is, ` Well look Into it and get back to you'. I need you to fix the problem not just give an excuse to get me off the phone.

Is there a way to stop my mobile ringing when a landline call is made once the app is installed ,apart from uninstalling app or a full force stop on the app, as this is annoying and makes the app unusable once I'm in the office or not wanting calls transferred. Utterly useless. After 5 months waiting for a voice express order to go through I have now downloaded the app and I constantly get 'Failed to sign in' when signing in. Details are correct. Stupipd app doesn't work. What a waste of time. You would think a company with BTs resources would be able to get a working app out. Smaller companies seem to do it just fine.

Mostly useful but impossible to stop business calls coming to my mobile. I set it to "Do not Disturb" and it carries on forwarding calls. Uninstalling and reinstalling now for the second time but I don't suppose it will help.

Not support all smartphone. It used to work on my pixel 4xl but after change to Oppo find x3 pro can not setup on coz no calling account for it to setup. BT should make a new app to be able to use on any phone or specify what phone can use this app. Otherwise it useless.

when calls are diverted to your mobile whether its 4g or WiFi there is a lot of interference and delay. you answer and there is at least a 5second delay very frustrating especially if your using it for business and having to apologise constantly.
