How the app works:

- recommended WiFi internet, or 4G or higher data connection for the best audio experience
- requires minimum of Android 4.0 or later
- recommended Android 4.4 or later for the best Dolby Voice audio experience.

Firstly this app is very useful, quality of calls is very good. But why i am giving 3 stars is because it is annoying when meetings get disturbed with whatsapp or any other not so important notification(s). I understand suppressing incoming calls might not be an option, but it should not be true for all other apps as well. This one is an app for meetings and should have feature of removing any interference by other apps on device while a conference is active.
App does not integrate well with Bluetooth headsets, you need to join the call first then select your headset and the mute works but there is no indication on the app you have muted yourself so it's possible to double mute yourself via the app and via your headset. WebEx and Skype both do this much better. Also my chairperson PIN doesn't work in the app but does on a standard phone call into the service. The HD Voice is impressive though.
App is not working after the latest update. When opened it says app stopped and unable to move ahead. Logs submitted. Should have been more careful when sending out the updates like this. Used to work well in the past.
the app works for the most part, but does not when using headphones. cumbersome for someone on meetings several times a day. I've tried probably 6 different kinds of headphones including the ones that came with the phone.
IYou cannot connect using Bluetooth unless you dial in. When using VOIP which gives the best quality, you have to connect your BT headphones after the conf starts. Err...what is that all about?
using sgs 9+ at begining all was working fine but lately the voice on my headset gets very mechanical. on a normall call the headset works just fine, no issues. can use only standard phone speaker and mic. very inconveniente.
Sometimes stuck. If press mute button before reaching meeting, it will be unmuted as soon as we join. Keeps vibrating on slow connections and also drops sometime. Sometimes breaks the voice of speaker.
Good app with clear conference calls through WiFi. Please display the participant code whilst waiting for the chairperson to join so that I can be sure I selected the right one. Also, please let me select the Bluetooth headphones whilst I'm waiting, and/or remember the last way I used audio (especially if the device is still connected).
great app but a bit annoying that it doesn't have the ability to connect automatically to your bluetooth headset like you would when making a phone call
Great app but desperately needs an option to let you choose headphones when waiting to join a meeting. Or at least default to use them if connected like every other app does.
Cool app. Easy to join calls. Great quality voice. Feature to remember frequent or favorite calls rather than having to key in passcodes.
BT MeetMe is not supporting on my Samsung S20+. My line runs robotic voice and reception is very bad. I am able to hear other people on the call, however my voice is not clear to anyone. Please help update the app, as it is effecting daily work.
Latest version ruins the sound on mute / unmute. And keeps losing connection to headphones at start of call. Needs fixing!

Always disconnects from my Bluetooth earphones and I can't connect back unless I close and re-connect the app.
It's hanging so much . Sometimes getting stuck in the middle of meeting and even before joining that. Kindly work on that.

Used to be working ok. Stopped working after the update on Jun 25. If you have a working app, do not update.
Due to some updates this app is not working and there is no way to uninstall as well..BT should ensure the app upgrade works before they push it to play store
App was good until last week but after upgrade I keep getting error....Err audio not focused.....not usable anymore.
It was fine, but now the screen goes blank as soon as you try to open the app again during the call.
Problems like already raised with wireless Bluetooth headsets. C'mon BT your a comms company, get it sorted!

Previously Good app now crashes. Last update kills it, will not run on lg phone with Oreo. Need it for work, now not usable.

Audio quality is good, but the app desperately needs some additional features and investment to make it user friendly. These have repeatedly been pointed out in other reviews, but not addressed. The biggest issues for me are being able to select bluetooth headset/speaker before joining the call and having an equivalent to pressing # after joining to avoid long silences. Another useful feature would be to 'nickname' favourites, but given the above, I won't hold my breath...
