BT One Phone Mobile App
That means your customers can call your office or mobile number and get through to you on your mobile phone. The BT One Phone Application allows you to control your BT One Phone service when and where you want.
My Status shows you your current presence status, number of new and saved voicemail messages, your last 3 calls and other useful information depending on the privileges for your user account.
Presence status can be updated while on the move
The company directory can be viewed and used to automatically call colleagues and see their presence status, or whether they are busy on another call. The company directory in the app is available also in an off-line mode.
Local directory sync downloads the company directory into a separate contact group locally in your mobile phone. This makes it easy to call colleagues from your contacts and incoming calls also show the name of the colleague calling you.
“Follow-me” lets you easily redirect all your incoming calls to a different number

I have mobile number and deskphone number all on same sim plan..... But this app doesnt allow me to toggle between the two on outgoing calls (everyone just sees me as my mobile number)..... I really want better control of whether a person i call sees my mobile or deskphone number........ Please add a simple feature: call it "Call as mobile/desk". And allow us to toggle between which one we want.
Won't allow you to login, even after reseting password.
To log in you have to go to bt one phone portal. Click register input your number starting with. 44 after click receive password via SMS. With phone number and password received log in to the website portal. Change password and after you can login in to the app. Hope this will help you
have same problem login. Even after resetting. Didn't get much further than that.
20 mins, flatten battery still not downloading

Very useful in conjunction to the BT One Phone service.
Simply doesn't work. Steadfastly refuses to accept login I use regularly on BT website. Uninstalled.
I think BT could boost mobile signal as I struggle with signal strength
This app does what I need to do without interfering with other apps, or trying to replace other functionality. The contact sync to a unique contact list, allowing the user to use the standard contacts app do decide how to display them is a good example. Also, not insisting the user sync phone contacts back to BTOP is a refreshing change (and avoids GDPR issues, too). If there was one feature I would like, is to be able to schedule the Follow Me feature.
