App stops working while login process and shuts down
So I have managed to load the new app but very disappointed. Information is not better than before in my opinion. The first thing is the graph showing performance, there is absolutely no point having it, just a straight line, I'm pretty sure a graph's intention is to show rise and fall. There are no details on the pye chart either. For some the information may be useful but for me it's not. To me the app has gone backwards, I would rather the previous app.
Still can't log in. I have called the advisors, reset my password online, and then I use that same info to log in and it keeps telling me that my Username/Password is wrong. I can't deal with it. So I have deleted it. I know plenty of other investment groups who are user-friendly. This is just frustrating.
Got a message from BT to download the app. Couldn't sign in as the instructions aren't clear. Once you manage to sign in, you get a technical difficulties message. It's a waste of time. Even more reason to find another Super fund after the bad performance letter I received. Steer clear!
App seems to work well but It would be good if it could support Autofill in apps feature so I could easily log into the app with different credentials. Other apps do support that standard Android feature/feature.
Good app I have $9000 on it waited 1 year and still no cash
I have been unable to login the last 2 days due to 'maintenance'. I understand if this was a one off, but I feel like 'maintenance' issues occur far too often, especially when I compare this to other major trading apps and services. This is really disappointing!
App is Ok but still CBA has the best mobile banking app. This app doesn't allow you to share receipts directly from the app. You need to first download then share. It doesn't allow you to share your banking details. Doesn't allow screen prints. Doesn't have BPay view to see bills directly in the it etc. Also doesn't have biometrics login.
Looks pretty but is a functional fail. Slow. Market orders go haywire, unable to cancel, amend or understand if the order has been filled! Two hours after the market close, and still no idea.
Excellent App Thank You for the easy to use App
For what your paying in maintenance fees and brokerage services you don't really get much back. I haven't been offered any SPPs through my account with BT, information isn't too helpful, and it's not too worth it. I joined because it's what my bank linked me to. You can pick a better broker then this one.
It gives nice information about companies and Ex Dividend. Also the daily videos about market information is useful along with market news. The only concern is they charge Administration fes every month and It is lbigger depending on the investment amount. Overalk It is great experience.
Great app when it works. The bt system is regularly down for maintenance and for extended periods of time. All the while i cannot use the app.
Can only sign in once or so a week after trying multiple times throughout the day. Always having technical difficulties.
Apart from regular maintenance outages it's a neat App. Simple layout with great features.
I was not advised that I needed this app to view my super when I could easily view it from my westpac account. There are no instruction so now I am unable to access my super. I believe this breaches legislation.
Terrible App - slower than the old model and my orders are getting stuck in the system and I have to wait out 2 business days. These sorts of things cost money Do better.
Personal rate of return should be year to date as its more relevant and graphical representation of year to date return is not there.
Down loaded app. Every time I try to log in it comes up with experiencing technical issues. Five days in a row. NOT HAPPY.😩
This app is that bad I had to rate it a second time. There is no way anyone on these reviews who gave this app more then 1 star isn't made up by by panorama. Every bit of this app is utterly useless and customer service pfft forget about it. Don't waste your retirement fund with these clowns I can't believe they haven't been investigated yet. But it's definitely coming it's that bad
Can't even login
Access has been down for nearly a week now. That is simply appalling. They've launched an untried version and now can't get it to work. Hardly inspiring for a business charged with keeping tabs on my retirement fund.
Clicked sign in however won't let me get in and it lags it then takes out of the app statting it there is a error. Very disappointing for as a customer.
Looks nicer than previous version but functionality is not all there compared to previous. Like no underlying investments. Why don't you sort out all your functionalities before releasing new versions? Just a suggestion
It's okay once you log in. But you need to try multiple times before it works. Not very good for an app that manages billions of dollars for customers.
Couldn't open it as don't have the information to do so, and had no way of setting it up. Just another reason to change super funds!!!! Ridiculous
This App keeps getting better. I like the new and improved functionalities. However, font is different and little bit difficult to read compared to my other Apps. I am unable to find a setting to change it as well.
