EDIT App is working fine now! Adorable lamp. I love the slider settings for the intensity of the light. It would be cool if in the future there were more themes to download. There are a couple of glitches I've noticed though. One, I can't seem to connect to wifi whatever I do. Two, there are some parts of the app that are in Korean and not English which is not a problem for me but could inhibit people that cannot read any Korean. Overall very happy with my purchase!
I love the lamp but like everyone else says, the app continously crashes when you try to open it. It's a bit annoying to have to use it without the app - otherwise I can just the Hue lamps I have already with their app which works and make the lights in my house show colors. I'll be happy to change the rating on the app once the crashing issue is fixed. Updated: The app is fixed and I'm happy that the lamp works as it should now!
This app does not work. It doesn't allow me to select one color and disconnects me from Bluetooth when I try. Whatever settings I have on my lamp are reset when I open the app so I have to set it up all over again. When I connect to wifi I get an error message in korean. It would be nice if it was in english... so I can read what it says. Otherwise I love my lamp. Just wish this app would work with it!
Was very satisfied at first. I bought 3 lamps and had them all running just fine in app. But now the app keeps crashing and before that I couldn't connect to wi fi. the lamps are adorable, but I wish the app was working. There is an option in the theme menu that has a strobing light effect so i would be careful if that effects anyone you know. Love the product, app needs work. Its been a few weeks since I've gotten them lamps work fine on their own, app still crashes though
I love the lamp but the same cannot be said about this godforsaken app. I can't connect at all without the app crashing. Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing either and sometimes it just refuses to pair with it as well. I'll edit once they fix this. Update: They fixed it, it works great! Sooo happy
I love the lamp but the app. has given me problems from day 1. At first it wouldn't connect via bluetooth, had to reset the lamp and try various times then the same issue with the wifi. Now it continuously crashes the moment I open it, it only works for me sometimes. I'm happy the lamp can work without the app. but please fix the app! I have a Galaxy S9 for reference.
The app and lamp only function when there are not server problems on the service's side. This is a lamp I bought for 70eur will only be fully usable until the servers go down? That's ridiculous to need a server connection for a lamp. The physical controls are dodgy and rarely work. The app crashes constantly. In addition, the app will not allow a wifi password entry longer than about 10 characters. This is not secure.
Edit: Just like everyone else the app keeps crashing. And sometimes my RJ lamp will be turned on randomly and I didn't have the alarm set. Please fix. Works as described. Connected easily with my galaxy note 10+. Only wish the lamps could connect to google home along with my other smart lights.
Original review: I liked it for about the first 2 days and then the app started crashing. I dont know what the alarms are for, and some notices are still in korean despite the english setting :( Update: they resolved the server issues so it works well now :). Im not surprised that ARMY broke another app, to be honest lol.
Really love these lamps, they're super cute but now the app is unusable. It worked for a week with a few issues here and there but now I cant even open the app :( I tried updating it and reinstalling, nothing seems to fix it. Manually using the lamps is okay but you dont get all the options the app offers which is a real downer π Hope this app gets fixed soon so I can use them.
I would say this is a great app, but it isn't. The first two days I had the app it worked fine, but now when I open the app and try and change the color or anything the app closes, and shuts down. I try reopening it, and the same thing happens again. The only way it'll work is if I uninstall and reinstall the app which is a pain. I hope you guys fix this soon because I did not waste over $100 for NOTHING! Please fix it soon so I could enjoy the product, thank you.
The app is great my only issue is that it's not showing me my wifi network or any network for that matter when I try to connect it to my wifi. Also I change the name but when it disconnects it goes back to the original name.
It worked for 2 weeks and even this morning, and now it crashes whenever you open the app. Tried uninstalling, tried unpairing, tried restarting phone, tried resetting lamp. Nothing. Edit: It works on and off now, so the app has a use again.
I would rate this app 5 stars because it is absolutely amazing but there's a slight bug. I've used it for three days now and suddenly today it doesn't want to open. Whenever I open up it will load to 'bringing smart light' and then closes. I force stopped and reinstalled but it still doesn't work. Please fix this! I really want to use it with the app modesπ
App keeps crashing. Y'all should definitely fix it. Didn't pay all this money for the lamp for the app to now even work! If I could rate this a zero, then I would. Hope it gets fixed. It was a good app when it actually worked though.
Lamp is great, app is not. Cannot get the app to find my smart lamp on wifi. It has to be Bluetooth. It disconnects from my lamp every time I try to pick a solid color for the lamp. Bummed I can't choose the color. Will edit if I can fix it.
Love the lamp but the same cannot be said for the app. It worked great for the first couple months I had it but now when I try to open it all the app will say is bringing in a smart lamp. I've tried everything to fix the issue and nothing has worked. Will edit this review if the issue is fixed
The lamp is fine it's just the app, for some reason it's all in korean and at first I thought it was normal until I saw a video review of the lamp and noticed that they have it in English. Idk why but please fix it where we are able to choose the language that we read in please that would be very helpful.
The app is no longer crashing so I'm changing my review. The lamp is super duper cute and I love that you can adjust the brightness of the colours and themes.

the lights itself is fine. same problemas the rest, cannot reach wifi page thus cannot comnect. The app works fine in korea, but not outside of korea? Edit: It works fine now. thank you
Can't use the app to connect to the lamp. What's being done to get this fixed? I've tried install-uninstall but still doesn't work. Fix this problem please!! Don't let our money go to waste just because no one is fixing this! I think many of us has already complained. WHAT IS BEING DONE?
Edit: I have downloaded the app again after getting a response and it still comes up with the same error. Second edit!!! - Reinstalled the app for the third time and reset the lamp(which I forgot to do for 1st edit), now it's working! Third edit: App not working again!
After months of not being able to connect with my lamp I gave it a try again to see if it connected, funny enough before opening the app I turned on my location and Bluetooth, it worked and FINALLY connected
The Lamp itself is super adorable and looks awesome wherever its placed. The app is showing progress and is now is working wonderfully. κ°μ¬ν©λλ€ λ§ν¬ν°! I have high Hope's! I look forward to any updates in the future!

The app keeps crashing. I have also Forced Stop it several times to reboot the app and yet the crashing persists. Please fix.

Moved my lamp from one desk to another and now the app will no longer recognize it, and will not allow me to reconnect it, no matter what PIN I enter. Makes it completely impossible to use the functionality of the lamp.
I have downloaded the app over and over again and still can't get the wifi to connect. It just gives me an error message saying 5G isn't supported when clearly I'm connected to Wi-Fi. It also disconnects from Bluetooth mode when I try to manually pick a color scheme. Other than that, the app let's you pick from like 5 themes already pre-selected. The lamp is amazing though!! It's bright and super cute! Just wish the app worked.
