This once was a great app with great support but now support is non-existent! It has been two weeks and four requests with not even a auto-reply. I will change my review if support contacts me. I have all my recover data but the recover page they give you has bugs and the help page is blocked by Cloud Fire!

I have an account and have a games that automaticly pays to my wallet. But i tried to check my balance and it don't show any transactions! And i cant find any way to find out what happened. I cant even create a new account it keeps saying invalid recapcha but it never displayed one so i never entered one for it to be saying invalid. I hope they didnt steal all my btc and bch!!!

I have an acct. I cant login saying my login password is wrong. And no way to reset it or any other option to get in. I have this app on a old phone that no longer works and if they cant change password or provide a way to reset info then app is pointless and useless good luck with it. Lost all my coins. Only have like 1 but so what wasted over 3 years mining to get it won't happen again

This app is more a scum. Everything seems user friendly and simple. Then they block all your IPs [in the name of security] and you simply have not access to your account. Yo can email the support team and will receive useless answers in chinese. Just don't use this app if you don't want to lose your precious time, money and nerves.

I try to log in now, and it has been more than an hour with me just sitting for the wallet to load. I try to access my wallet through web, and it says I have been IP blocked. Why? I have ever just did one transaction. Now I am stuck, cannot access my coins because they won't let me access my account at all. Basically, they have my money and this whole situation seems fishy af.

Most Annoying app i have ever seen. Nothing works with fluency. Still need to improve most of the things. It's better , not to download this app. They will take your BTC and after that they'll show you an error in your IP address. Great way to steal the btc.

This is the second and last time I'm posting a review about this app. Since you are clearly not replying any of us on the loading problem your app has I have no choice but to move my funds somewhere else. PS for those who would like to access your account through the app you'll have to clear the cache and app data, BYE

NO SUPPORT... Basically a scam at this point. Locked out of my wallet, told to email support, have been sending emails and tweets for weeks with ZERO response. Mobile app won't let you log in despite information being correct and working on desktop. Website is broken and can't unlock wallet with backup PDF provided.. so I'm out hundreds of dollars. Don't use this service.

This app is good for only checking your patience! Horrible to use, if you want to see word 'loading' for rest of your life this app is for you. And what's this IP address too aggressive? Such a frustrating app after using it or actually trying to use it and failing had to have a therapy. Cmon people fix it!!!! Till then one star is already too much

Pls,Developer this app is too beautiful for me to uninstall it. It takes forever to load but I'm still keeping it. Pls, make this wallet work. For no reason notifications pups up that my IP have being block by their security systems. I just love the interface of the wallet. If you fix it I'll give it 5 star and highly recommend it. It a beautiful app but don't work well. I don't want to put my coin in it for now to avoid heartache.

Ok again I to download the app to another phone and when I try to open the app it says my IP address has been blocked!? SECOND TIME! And the only way I could get a hold of the developers (or whoever) to fix the problem was to write a bad review AND email them, so this is my first step guys

My phone DIED SUDDENLY. No access, i did backups, keep all info but still UNABLE TO GET BACK my account. EMAILED SINCE JULY, no human response AT ALL. All i get was the auto responder that tell me to contact then during working hours. And they are "working very hard" to resolve. They drag so long until i also forgot i got an acc with them too. Cannot trust them.

Horrible Wallet. Very hard to send and receive if you plan on keeping low amounts of coins in it. Support is almost non-existent. STAY AWAY!!

I reviewed this as 'Working fine for BCHABC' 17/05/2019. Since then I must have got confused with mixing an account password with what might be a new wallet password. It appears that others have had the same problem judging by other reviews. It appears that the wallet password might have been a later addition and it was not clearly notified.

It's been 3 days since it's impossible to make a transaction. It failes with the same error There was a problem sending your transaction uneconomical UTXO, whatever amount and network fee I chose... They simply don't allow to use my money

I'm currently having a horrible experience with this App. It won't accept my password even though I have reset it severally. The browser however will accept my password but can't lead me in to my wallet. Every time I try to get into my wallet my IP gets blocked. I will contact Helpline and get my IP unblocked but as soon as I try again then it either gets blocked again or rejects my password. Please what is happening, am i being subtly denied access to my wallet?

Don't use this app, today is may 14,2021, I have deposited 100$ BCH in this wallet some months ago, I changed my phone and reinstalled this app and tried to open my wallet but it's showing my ip address is blocked, I don't know why I mailed to the support team tii now no reply and not opened my wallet. I think these frauds have stolen my funds, so I request you all to transfer your balances to a reliable other wallets as early as possible. This I am writing is real thing happened in my life....

Pretty simple to use. QR scanner for quick sending of exact amounts, transaction history available, and practical interface for quick navigation.

Curretly, Not very happy .. IP address blocked, occasilnally then it will open, slow loading coins to wallet;, when opening, just rolls forever. Totally frustrated. 12/2019. Getting better at using it.

So far no problems. Being new to this that's encouraging. Will continue to use as i learn more about crypto currency for ease of use and straight forward legit transfers of currencies. Thats my experience thus far. Will update in the future as i gain more experience.

I had some troubles but was immediately contacted back by support and they helped me fix everything very fast! Great wallet I recommend it A+++++This app is amazingly easy and user friendly download I recommend it!!

This app worked good for awhile. Until BTC went missing from my account and sent somwhere with no way to get it back. Don't know if it's due to weak security
