The platform doesn't give the proper market rate. And if you accidentally buy with Market order it's a nightmare, i bought QNT at 72$ while it's actual price was 60$
Deposit and withdrawals are processed extremely fast, which is great. The App is a little clunky compared to Binance App, the graphs aren't great either on the mobile version and okay on the web version, all in all it's a good experience so far.
Great for TRY currency, low fees, no withdrawal fees. Interface could be improved with navigating depth of order book and the graphs could be more user friendly too. Absolutely no problems buying or selling or withdrawing so far.
The app is good the service is not very bad but the server live chart and buying and selling screen is worse then expected. If you guys just work on the Chart and make it easier to understand it make the app much more appealing and easier to use. Please take this comment as a suggestion.!!

After you deposit crypto you can not withdraw your crypto assets without making at first a TL bank transfer (with no prior warning). I only want to trade crypto not fiat and now my money is blocked because I don't want to open and link a bank account.
Works as intended as long as the market is stable. As soon as there is a spike or a dip the site and the app stop working. Also, it doesn't seem to have many "pro" features. A line graph is never enough. One the plus side, the UI looks good and their support team is very fast and helpful (even though they won't accept that their platform goes down when there is a sudden market move).
Everything is very clear if you learned to using once. I learn a few shortcut everyday.
minimum always 100, cant transfer dollar ONLY Turkish lira even for any currency all lira. lagging a lot . Why walled only in web but not in application ....I MEAN come on improve what you did complete the job for a better app . Please fix those problems , make the application better , give Intrest rates see other apps what they are doing .
This app is awesome. Deposit and withdrawal is extremely fast.
It's perfect in Turkey, while Binance doesn't let Iranina citizens trade with it, BTC Turk does it and I trade without no problem. But when prices change suddenly in huge among, the app doesn't work!
I cleared the app cache and signed back in and everything is working as normal again. No timing out for an hour now. Thank you all for the super fast support! 🙏 👌
This App was very easy to install and begin to use. Additionally, even before installing the App customer support answered my questions promptly with professionalism and knowledge.
good but the limits for buying coins and selling is anoying also if ur syrian refuge in turkey u cant add ur id but u will say able to use the app

Beş para etmeyen bir uygulama emir verdiğim halde limite geldiğinde alım yapmamış. It is a non usefull application. I have given a limit buy command but it did not make automatic buying at that limit.
Easy verification process. Unlike Binance's unecessarily difficult process, I was able to just verify through showing photos of my ID card and my face. That's all I needed to do. Also, the app is in English which is great and it's really nice looking. So far I'm liking it. Haven't started trading yet, so these are just initial impressions. But because of these first impressions, i feel happy to continue.
It is a good app actually, better than Binance's (with less functions of course) in terms of ease of use and providing crucial info easily. One recommendation to make orders editable like the desktop app and ONE FLAW, when you switch from one grapgh to the other, the interface mixes info from both. Now I'm looking at at XRP graph with ADA numbers on it.
Great app and very pleased this far, particularly after adding english language as an option. Makes navigation easier. Selling/ buying/ depositing and withdrawing funds is quick and without hastle. Thank you. Only reason it's not getting 5 stars is for 3 reasons. 1. High Fees 2. Very limited tokens 3. No staking availability
I registered and verify my account normally, but I can cannot trade because I couldn't deposit money from my two bank accounts or from my Papara account. I contacted many times the support team for that, but they couldn't give me a clear answer about what is the issue, they always sent me back the same standard answer!!. Another thing, the fees are high comparing with the experience giving to their costumers!! Bad experience.
Works flawlessly. UI is easy to navigate. Payments are instant. It's one of the only apps that accepts my type of ID. I definitely recommend it. Hopefully we get more crypto options in the future.
It's pretty useful. I get the notification of my filled orders very fast. I can change my orders immediately. I just wish I could see more charts and some indicators. Only the last trades and the depth chart can be seen.
Great app, great features. Easy to use and intuitive. Sometimes it gets stuck and keeps giving "internal error" during this time it becomes hard to keep losses at a minimum

Very bad. İ am not able to sign in. They are not able to send a verification code to your registered phone number. Also it was signing in with fingerprint and all of a sudden it doesn't work anymore.
Mükemmel bir uygulama! Perfect application, well fit for decentralized banking system. Low transaction costs, instant payments and so on! One of the best Turkish application I have used so far, I had problem understanding how the system works and doubt the process due to good old cynicism. Although they respond quickly and explained the situation. Now that i have understand, I can cherish the halving more :)) Well done guys! Gut gemacht! Elinize sağlık!

A bit complicated interface. Good thing is you can trade. Buying and selling is fast. You can wish they would have an English version
