Not sure what update was done to make this app obsolete on my Pixel 2. Worked fine for the past 3 years with no issue now it won't load or even give me a chance to log in to my account.
I Don't know my account # by memory, didn't have a check with me, bank was closed and I had a difficult time finding my ACCOUNT #.... but finally found it at the bottom of the page(scroll down) under ACCOUNT.
good app but it keeps crashing, it crashed 306 times in a week, last week it crashed 405 times, what is the deal with this app, wish it was better.
Doest work at all. This was my only way to bank! Told me I had to update in order to open now it just spins saying its updating then says its unavailable. Now I have to ask for time off to deposit my damn check. You should be given an option whether or not you want the update. This update has screwed me!
Crashes frequently , and I have to reinstall it because nothing else helps.
The BTH banking app makes mobile banking convenient and easy. I use it daily.
Gets the job done but feels clunks with extra screens than necessary especially when depositing checks.

Unfortunately I had to change banks. The app is a pain to use and navigate and the automated phone line is terrible. It rarely works when you call to check balance ( which I had to do because the I cant log into the app) trying to check your balances is such a hassle!!! I finally gave up and switched to texas bank and trust. Such a pleasure to use and easy peasy. Too bad bth wont fix and update the app and automated phone line.
