If you receive the Big Ten Network through a participating TV Provider, you will be able to access TELEVISED Big Ten Network programming at no additional cost on BTN2Go, including next day archives of televised events that air on Big Ten Conference television partners (ABC, ESPN, CBS).
To access this content, choose your participating TV provider and sign-in with your TV provider credentials. Currently, all major TV providers offer BTN2Go to their subscribers. If your TV provider is not listed, please let them know you want BTN2Go!

BTN2Go offers an additional 700+ NON-TELEVISED games and events available with the purchase of a BTN Plus Subscription. BTN Plus content features live games and events produced by students at Big Ten universities. Purchasing a subscription to BTN Plus programming on BTN2Go does not require a subscription with a TV provider. BTN Plus subscriptions are available in annual or monthly durations, and can be purchased for the entire B1G conference, or just your favorite school. 1. Constantly crashes. 2. Search and filter functions are awkward. 3. If you set a filter, watch a program, then return, it does not remember the filter you set.
This app is crashing. I pay for this service, I should be able to use it! Fix it ASAP or credit my account for the time that it is down.
No wonder the big 10 isn't a power 5 conference anymore and get past the SEC! This app is dated and useless and designed by a middle school AV club! It's DIFFERENT on every device I have and on some devices I can't even use it to search and watch what I want. I paid $120 for this?! I can't even get it to stream from my phone to other smart devices when all my other apps do! BUYER BEWARE!
In the fall not able to access app. received message that my password was not correct. Tried getting assistance. NOTHING! Thought, ok my membership will be over soon. maybe just a bad day. Then tried watching basketball games. Same BS. Absolutely could not wait for my membership to end. Next thing I know I am charged 14.95 a month for another year! I want my subscription cancelled, This is disgusting!
2021/2022 update: The service never once met its promise of next-day football game streaming at midnight Eastern. Literally not one time for the entire 2021 season for the team I follow. More often than not, it took several days before the games were available, making spoilers inevitable. Original review: App closes whenever I try to open it. Also, after advertising international availability for the past month, BTN decided on day one of the football season to cancel international streaming.
Zero stars. Cancelled after watching one game. Streaming starts and stops every 2-3 seconds. Gets worse as game progresses. How anyone can stand to watch anything on this horrific app is beyond me. Big 10 should be ashamed of this pathetic effort. SO disappointing!!
The app does not work for streaming video. I tried dozens of times on multiple devices and it would not function. Eventually I was able to get the Roku version of the app to stream a few choppy minutes of the game but it was mostly just frustrating. Basically you cannot watch anything unless you are home on your own cable TV connection which is not realistic for many normal busy people.
I like the content that I get however it lacks in the ability to customize your experience. If you only subscribe to one sport or school it will still make you filter through everything else that you don't want to see, and do not have a subscription for, every time you open the app. It needs some setting options to allow you to specify where you will start from. 9/19/21 update - from ok to bad At least before I could filter for the sport I want to watch and now the only filter option is the date
Used to be a good and dependable app to watch games while on the road. Now it is so glitchy that it is impossible to use. Video feed no longer loads. When I logout if my TV provider and log back in the video loads but in a glitched version where the loading screen overlay is still on top of it, making the video extremely dark and will not maximize on the screen. Please fix this!
App was always a little busted. Before, if you tried to subscribe through Google Play, for many users, the app wouldn't recognize the subscription and you couldn't watch any content, but there was a workaround where if you paid directly through the btnplus website your subscription would work. I thought they broke this, as yesterday it kept telling me I wasn't authorized to watch stuff even though the subscription was showing up in my account, but today it's working. New app navigation's worse
They are charging me 9.95 now every month with no way to cancel in the app and it doesn't come up in my subscriptions in Google either, so I can't cancel that either. What the heck, I want my money back.
14.95/mo for subpar camera work and terrible announcing for baseball. Glad WVU is in the Big12 and the coverage for baseball is light-years ahead of Big10. This kind of coverage and announcing is free territory level.
This app used to be good, I could watch the not as popular sporting events of my team and could watch the replays of almost any sport. No they up dated the interface and you can only see future and live events. The replays are still on there but you have to know the exact day of the event and no option to view by school, week, or sport. Overall very disappointed with the update and don't think I will be continuing to subscribe as now it is such a pain to find what I want to watch it's no worth i
Poor customer service. Could not cancel subscription in app. Had an issue with gmail used for account and gmail used for payment. Google wouldn't refund, they referred me to BTN. BTN wouldn't refund, referred me to Google. Back and forth multiple times. I requested refund moments after it recurred, which was when I discovered the accounts weren't the same. When I went to cancel, it showed I didn't have subscriptions from the app, because payment was from another. Pretty poor experience.
It's a great day for the Big Ten Network to start in 2021-'22 Regular Season. Expectations needs to be higher and for the Foreseeable Future and Beyond. If they want to Contend for the Big Ten West, Championship Game and Play for the National Title Appearances in January, the Wisconsin Badgers can't afford to lose anymore home games at Camp Randall Stadium. They must Protect Homefield Advantage and win every game but not to lose. The fans are impatient and we've been through the longest drought.
Terrible video playback. Video won't play even a full minute without crashing the app.
This app is the worst I've encountered for live streams. When the game was playing it was glitchy, freezing, couldn't run the clock it kept stalling, the team names were flashing, it was quite unwatchable. Halftime hit and now the stream can't be found. It's gone. This app need a LOT of work! Especially if they're expecting people to pay for it.
The App is very low quality streaming. Skips or pauses every 5 seconds or less. Frustrating to pay for an app that is clearly very low level. Have never been able to watch more than 5 to 10 minutes without closing it down. Refunds should be given!!
This is impossible to cancel! I tried emailing as the instructions state and they send me to the Google play store, which then sends me to the app... It's a scam and all it does is send you in circles for cancellation. Not only that, but I signed up for the best package they offer so I could watch my favorite team from across the country when I'm gone and it still doesn't allow me to watch some games till after midnight! Why pay extra if I can't watch it live?!?!
Signed up for top package through Amazon. Was charged for it too. However, no content unlocked. Worked with Amazon support (great service), but even they couldn't figure out what happened. Amazon refunded because Big 10+ has no live customer support. Sent an email to BTN+ support. Crickets. Pretty awful experience. Shameful they charge for it, then do not even support the product yet play "____ classics" all day on BTN instead of just airing all sports from member institutions on regular BTN.
This is by far the worst app I have ever come across! There are glitches, constant stopping, and just when I think everything is okay, the game or match I wanted to watch is no longer available. That does not say much for an app from The BigTen, which is supposed to have some of the best educated people around. Please fix these issues! If not, I ask for my card to be reimbursed. I thought at first it was just bad weather, but this is an issue that happens no matter what. All I ask is that I can watch the games and matches I want to watch that are not on TV.
Quality of the app is terrible. When the app actally works, the quality of the broadcasts is generally terrible. Broadcasts often don't start correctly when the games do, and half the time they don't get audio figured out until half way through the game, if ever. Embarrassingly bad for something I pay extra for.
Subscribed to watch streamed sports. Quality is absolutely horrible to the point of being unwatchable. Requested a refund from developer within 48 hours of signing up due to quality issues. Was told no ca do. Just cancel subscription and it wont renew next year. I made the mistake of subscribing for a year. I would caution anyone from subscribing but if you do try it on a monthly basis so you won't get duped like me.
Unreliable. Virtually never works and when it does, crashes at z higher rate than any other sports streaming app. I am forced to give it one star because this rating system does not go any lower. This app is more than useless, it is a detriment to my sports experience.
Update ruined a just ok app No customer support with paid subscription. Everything jumbled together, everything has a lock on it (though not not), no way to segregate out the sport I paid for, no indication of BTN network games. It was a go-to app for succinct info. You took away functionality and clarity! That's the my complaints I've discovered yet. NOT HAPPY
If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would. I bought a subscription on 8-21-21 and no content was unlocked. Customer service (an email address) tells me there is no account associated with my email. That's funny because I'm able to sign into BTN+ using said email, but then it tells me I need to purchase a subscription. I go to that page and it says I already have a subscription. These people took my money and have absolutely no interest in providing the service they promised.
Totally UNUSABLE. Playback is very choppy and sometimes the app freezes completely. This has happened multiple times on different networks. Performance is fine on my laptop.
Ever since the upgrade it's more difficult to find volleyball matches if at all. I pay for just the volleyball and I wish I could just see the volleyball I don't want to see the other sports. Also there's No customer service section so I can't message them when I'm having problems.
The site was horrible to try and navigate and when I tried to cancel my subscription, it was nearly impossible! You should be ashamed of yourselves! Don't make it harder to cancel than it is to sign up. That is just BAD BUSINESS!!!
