BTS Jigsaw Puzzle Games

This app was really fun for the first few hours, it helped calm me down when life was getting crazy. I experienced a few problems though, the most frustrating came with getting more puzzles. First I had to get gems in a round about way because it didn't give them to you like it should. 2. When you got the new puzzle packs if you went to 140 piece puzzles or above it had so many glitches. It didn't keep the pieces in the bar like normal and wouldn't actually give you all the puzzle pieces.

The gem system didn't work properly. I've had this game on different devices and at different times over two or so years and the only way to get gems to get more albums is to watch ads. The ads only give you like 10 gems when you need something like 40 per album of 6 or so puzzles. Completing the puzzle is meant to give you more but it never does?

There are to many ads and when you click the button that said watch an ad to get free rubies once the ad is done you dont get any and why the reason that I click the button cause once when you finish the puzzle it said you've got 10 gems but only the first time you play the game after that even they said you got 10 gems when you look up it didnt add any. i am really disaponted in this game i wish they fix the bugs in this game pls.:(

this app helped me fall asleep so many time but one time i was plating it on the bus and ended up falling asleep on my friend so i had to get rid of it other wise i would be sleeping all day, but I love this app and i would 100% recomend it.

The game is good but I have problem with the game..The problem is,after I finish the puzzle,the puzzle will not save and I not get my point

for the other who's so disappoint about this game i just want to say that the gems of this game didn't make you rich or something its just a gama that jelp you relax but the game is si good it really helps me to relax and make me sleep (for a big kind of ARMY)

it's not giving me my gems so I can unlock other puzzles but other than that I love the game I am army for life I purple all you armys out there

I hate this game its not giving me rubys at all in quite frankly i was gonna keep it and add it to my BTS things but it dobt work so it dont need to be with my stuff i hope you lose costumers after this reveiw DONT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME

Good game but it kept crashing and it crashed my phone 3 times

really awesome game but it doesnt give me gems and i cant see other packs...

There is no other packs in the shop i tried reinstalling but still no packs just 5 picture

it wont let me finish some of the puzzles or pieces are missing

well i do play but i dont get any green dimonds i only have10 of them and i dont recieve anything i cant buy new pictures...
