I have been playing off and on since the beginning as a free player. I loved the storyline as I got to know more of the history of the boys. The cards are great and I love the interactions with like the text messaging and such. Only down side is I can go months just being stuck on one level. I have maxed out several 4-5 star cards but I can proceed because of either leveling too slow, the mission is too hard to pass, or even my friendship level is too low.
The game had a great start and I wanted to go to higher levels. But recently it's got a bit boring, I'm not getting 4-5 star member cards from months. The only way to get a 5 star card is by clearing the events. Also clearing levels after 15th level is so difficult. I want to uninstall but I'm just hanging a bit longer in case they make any new changes to the game
It's really good! I love it. But I've a really important point to talk abt: when I'm in a low level, I'm not able to complete the story so I've to re-play levels and spent wings over n over again but I already have a low level cards n I can't high their levels bc there's no enough gifts. I stopped playin it for weeks bc I don't move I don't have a choice to do anything just to wait for a gift! Please find a way n Thank you! 🙄💜(if you fixed this I'll give it 5 Stars bc its the only problem)
This would be a 5 star if it wouldn't stop crashing. I got up to level 45 with a ton of cards and things and it keeps crashing and won't allow me to enter the game. And I've been stuck on level 8-8 for months now because the game won't allow me to draw the cards I need to move forward and all my cards are almost maxed 100% so there's almost nothing to do anymore.
Updating my review - looks like they fixed the problem and it's working again! I'm so happy! old review- I love this game... but I can't play it anymore. Ever since my phone updated, it crashes at the title screen every time. Looking at other reviews, this has been a known issue for months and still isn't fixed. Hopefully the developers will do something about it soon, or at least acknowledge that they're aware of the problem.
It's really fun at the start, but once you get to chapter 3 in the main story you'll just see that your 1 starring most of the missions or just flat out failing them, and this because it's so hard to get 5 star cards. Like I've been playing for weeks now and I only have one 5 star card. They really need to lower the amount of missions that use wings because it makes it really hard to get invesed in the story when I have to go to talking to the members & making choices to failing missions.
I've been palyog this game for almost 2 year now.. been stuck on one level for 6 months now. I have 6 stars cards like plenty of them.the wakeup is on 400 and my agency level is up to 55 per each.I don't know what to do or how to get past the level its very very frustrating. And now the proves of gaining gems / wings etc is slower beacuse there is no ads and its been two days since I have received loging rewards (the wongs) idk but this game is getting difficult to play and not get frustrated
I love this game ! It's really awesome, the story and everything is so great ! I just encountered an issue for a while now. In the album, it tells me that to get certain pictures, i need some cards that I apparently don't have. The thing is, when i look in my library, i do have these cards ! So how come it doesn't show it in the album?
Had to give a review quickly because the boys were staring too intently*sighs*. Anyways, the game is easy to play. I don't get frequent ads and the members guidance really do help. It takes a lot of data, however, so I had to give it four stars. I still really love it:) 💜
I enjoy the game and have been playing for over a year but the rewards are now alot less than they were (without paying for VIP access) as video ads have been taken away. I'm disappointed as it's taking me a very long time already to get higher rated cards and this has made the situation worse!
I enjoyed the game until a recent bug occurred where all my cards seem to have frozen. For cards that are upgraded, and that were already upgraded, the photos of the card and attributes are showing the same level from before the glitch occurred. For example, when 5* cards are upgraded, they remain stuck at level 50 and the attributes remain the same. So, each card level shows "level 50, level 50, level 50" instead of "level 30, level 50, level 60". I cannot progress until this bug is fixed.
I really like this game and the different events. The major problem I have is the game crashing. I will not able to play sometimes up to a month. So annoying when you loose your friends and any progress in an event.
Bah!! This is a bittersweet experience for the heart!! 😅Haha. I love it though! My gosh I never smiled so much playing a game before. Love the features like voice calls and texting, love the "real" images instead of CGI, love the story... This must have taken so much time and effort to make! So well done! It's a LOT of grinding for minimal rewards. Yes, the game is interesting and fun but once you're past the initial stage where you get new cards frequently (and thus gems), you're left with hardly any gems earned per day. And now they removed the feature of watching ads to get gems or other resources, too! Please bring it back.
Fun game, good story. However, it's so annoying getting stuck. I'll use 5 star max level cards and still get trapped, even with boosts from the alarm clock. I've been stuck in chapter 8 forever. Being stuck like that ruins it.
installed this game about a month or two ago?? I really enjoy playing it and it seems so realistic! the pictures and videos are so realistic and I love how it shows some of the things the members went through pre-debut to now.
I really like the game, it give us a way to interact with BTS and it gives us an idea of how they lived or how they were when they debuted. It is also quite fun and enjoyable I just don't like having to download most of the time but eitherwise it is awesome
It's a very cute game and has really amazing videos of BTS members. So far only once from the beginning of the game it has crashed and because it needed to be updated. A great experience.
I can't access the game. My net connection is good but the screen is juat stuck and it seems that the game is not loading properly. Please fix this, I don't want to miss a day in playing since there is a new event ongoing.
Its amazing . It's feel really good Its amazing game I thing I want more chapter in this game. And one more thing I want to see my character also so its looking good So its feel like we are really in the game . So I suggest that plzzzzzzz keep the girl character also . Army playing a game so he or she choose the character like the assistant of the bts members. 💜💜
I'm having fun but my friend and I noticed a discrepancy between mine and her game. When she levels up she doesn't lose her wings that she has but instead they get added on. But when I level up I lose any wings I had and only get what my max wings are. So for instance if I had 60 wings and my max is 120 when I level up my wing count is only 120 instead if 180. Do you guys know what is going on?

App either freezes or crashes at startup. I hope the issue gets resolved soon, but I doubt it based on how many people have reported the issue since December and nothing has been done. Too bad though I enjoyed playing the game. Updated review: Read someone's post that said they restarted their phone and the app worked for them. I had to restart my phone twice, but it works perfectly now. Love the app.
I really enjoy the game. Played it a lot when it came out. But I've finally come back to play it after being off of it for close to a year and I'm unable to log in. I tap the screen to start and it crashes instantly. I see several people have been having this problem for a month lr 2 and it's still not resolved. That's really bad that a problem this serious has persisted so long. Please fix it. I'd love to get back into the game.
The app is easy to navigate, looks and sounds amazing. The cut scenes, dialogue and interactions are done so well. You can tell a lot of thought was put into this game. if you're an ARMY, this game is a MUST HAVE!! 💜💜💜💜💜 EDIT: 10/2/22- After a recent update I have been unable to log in to the game at all for days. Clicking on the home screen to login just immediately crashes. Some sort of bug may be present since the last update. Hope it gets fixed soon! 💜
Erm... First of all the game was quite fun, I enjoyed the story plot as well, everything was nice/not bad. But there is a problem where sometimes I can't even enter the game itself no matter what I do(Restarting, re-download). And I can see this issue coming from many other Android users, so please, do something about it, and not just keep on updating on new cards etc. You should fix this problem first.
As a completely free player, I've finally gotten stuck at player level 40 in main chapter 6. It's frustrating because most of my cards are maxed but I can't do much else because the wings don't recharge very fast and I'm not getting the items needed for the guys to be happy doing agency tasks. Overall, the game is fun with the storylines and all. I'm just stuck and now it feels like it's not very free-to-play friendly.
