The app is too slow. A lot of bots with limited user up-date possibilities. BBL is the only bank in the whole World where you only can change the mobile number at the branch where you opened the account. So bad when you are in abroad or 600km away from the branch in the country if you need an OPT confirmation on your mobile when you changed the mobile number and the registered one is not active anymore. Waiting time to call customer service is up to one hour.

EDIT: the problem described below was solved by going to the bank branch where they issued a one-time ID to register in the mobile app. The process is exactly the same as with using the web-banking ID, but somehow it did the trick to solve the app issue. I leave the problem description here as other users might benefit from it. Problem I had: I have the exact same issue as Ryan Conway posted here on 3/31/22, after upgrading Oneplus 8T this happens: Need to clear app data and register again every time I use the app. After closing and opening again, it always says "Unable to proceed. The requested data can't display at this time. Please try again." PLEASE FIX URGENTLY!! P.S. email to the support email given has already been sent

I have the same problem with others after the Android 12 update. It looks like I have to go to a branch to have it corrected. Other than that; I've been using the App for years and am very happy with it. Very easy to transfer money to my wife and pay bills.

I'm an existing user that have to change my phone and tried to setup an account with the new phone. It is impossible to pass through the selfie section. Stop forcing people to take selfie with your subpar liveness detection plug-ins just so you could collect recent photos of your users. If I input my login to set up a new device correctly and completed the OTP on the phone number that YOU have on your database, YOU DO NOT NEED FACIAL RECOGNITION.

Need to clear app data and login again every time I use the app. After closing and opening again, it always says "Unable to proceed. The requested data can't display at this time. Please try again." Happened after updating to Android 12 on OnePlus 8 Pro

Rubbish upgrade. Previous versions were fine. After the upgrade cannot login, get a blue screen with message "unable to proceed". Deleting and reinstalling, or force stop and deleting app data allows me to go through the reconfigure procedure. And the app works once. But logout out and I'm back to, "unable to proceed". Bangkok bank just gives the usual pisspoor customer service. An automated reply to dial a number or call in a branch.

This app is pretty good (upgraded from 3 to 4 stars). I've had a few experiences where the system was down due to maintenance etc. The app didn't indicate what the problem was. They've recently added favorites for repeat transfers! As soon as you make a transfer, you have the option of sharing the receipt with another app and/or making the transfer a favorite. Suggestion: enable scanning bill QR code to pay Provincial Electricity Authority like you can Provincial Waterwork's Authority.

I have installed Android 12 on my phone and this application did not work anymore. This makes my life inconvenience as I used this app so often to pay bills, fill up my stockmarket etc. Maybe it's time to use other bank application if this does not fix asap.

Good. Love the cardless withdrawal and credit card payments. Transfers are easy too. Only item needing improvement is better searches for transactions and transfer details in account summary And less fees please

I continue to get this notification expressing a security threat with this app. I've twice uninstalled and had to visit the bank branch directly to reactivate the app after reinstalling was assured safe. Its happened again (3rd time) and certainly doesn't inspire any confidence in secure banking. "BualuangM appears to be infected. Immediate uninstallation is advised."

Great app, wish you could print monthly statement or at least print transaction history, need to add show all deposits on the history also. In future can add "cancel debt atm card" and more items for international clients, like add an account and others that local nationals can do.

Can not log in! After the update last month some features were better and some more difficult to use. I haven't been able to find a way to set up a regular monthly payment (rent). But the last few days the app won't even open, comes up with a message about "intermittent connection issues". I have no idea what's going with my account as I'm overseas and no longer have access :(

This is the worst App I ever came across, there are bugs everywhere and it did not update. Had to reinstall the App and go through the registering process again. The old version interface wasn't that good but at least it was functioning. The new version lags, has endless bugs and crashes even on a high end phone with decent hardware. I would give it ZERO stars if that was possible. Additional comment after recent update (March 2021); Congratulations ! You did it again; Worst App I ever used !

There is an issue when I tried to run this app, it showed loading so long and nothing appear. I tried to reinstall but it works only the first time i logged on. Then later I get on the app again. It's still the same issue again. Hope this issue would fix real quick. I have called call center many times but I can't reach them. Just only listened to the IVR which said long line queue waiting. That's ridiculous.

Very poor UX/UI. The credit card transaction and payment history is super confusing. I dont know which one is already paid or what is still not count in this month bill. Moreover, the balance or the payment made are not really updated in real-time which make everything even more confusing. The new upgrade seems like it just a UI design styling changed but overall experience is so poor that I have to get out of my way and complain it here.

The problem is that you need access to a Thai mobile phone number to use it. Foreign phone numbers are not allowed. So after any issue, you can not log in overseas. Kind of useless being online if you need to be in the country, you could just visit a branch.

When setting up this App, entering birth date starts at 2006 by default. I have to get to 1968. Can only swipe 1 month at a time. That's 456 swipes, and if you don't go fast enough, App times out and you have to start all over again! Have to go through this set up every time the App gets an update. App is good once installed but needs a drop down box for birth date selection during the set up process. 🙄 Edit 4JUN21 - thanks to mBanking APP team for acknowledging my comment about improving the birth date selection process during App set up. So happy to see you guys are responsive. Thank you!
