UPDATE 4/6/2022 Ads now chronically crashing game, goes to ad and it's a black screen that can't be closed out, waited 5 minutes to see if an "X" would appear. Had to restart game 27 times between 9:27-10:27am this morning. It's been like this for a while, ruins most of the fun when you lose boosters and you're restarting the game more than playing it. I'm playing on an Android, my friend on an iPhone and exact same issue
Eh, use to be fun but extremely glitchy. Sometimes it runs fine, but other times it malfunctions to where I will complete a level but wont acknowledge it.also if you play an ad for an extra item, or an ad randomly plays between levels, sometimes to ads dont appear and the only way to go back is to close the game completely and restart it but once you open the game back up it counts that ad play and you forfeit the extra (happens mostly when trying to use a booster on a level). Just not worth it.
Why does the game freeze up just as I have shot a winning bubble...I have a number of bubbles remaining,and chicken freezes...and I wait...then leave, because she isnt moving or letting me finish
I like this game a lot, but it clearly cheats once in a while. There are times when the bubble is clearly a certain color and when I shoot it changes to a different color. And at times I have played a level so many times and when I finally saved all the chicks, it tells me I ran out of moves so I have to replay the level not being able to go to the next until 10 tries later. It even freezes on me when I saved all the chicks and can't move to the next level.
The game was good at the beginning as u get higher in the game it stops plus u use ur change of color ball when the game freeze and u have to start all over. Would have rate it a 5 but its awaste of time
This game wipes out of all my Jules and when I win it don't let me win it makes me lose the game and it dose this all the time .I'd never spend money on this game it will take every thing I pay for .now it won't stay in English .
Was a great app. Don't waste your time installing this, it's very glitchy, consistently has blank screens and shuts down for no reason.
Fun, little game though there were some glitches. I was able to get up to level 2383 but though I passed the level it won't let me go on. Everything was off the board but nothing worked and it didn't take me to new screen. I left the phone in the app for min. of 5 mins but when I went back to my phone, nothing had changed. I've cleared the level at least 5 separate times but I've had the same result. Disappointing esp. since I had to use multiple coins and jewels to complete the stage
Just like so many others have mentioned, the app is malfunctioning on my phone too. It only says "loading" and never moves from that screen. If it does happen to move to the map screen, it immediately closes the app as soon as I click on my level to play. I really hate this because I had gotten so far and really enjoyed playing this cute little game!
Fun game but lately having issues with game not opening has black screen and when it do load screen locks you lose stars because you have to close the game and restart not worth the hassle will delete.
12/24/2021 - NEW COMPLAINT - concerning the HEARTS. Says its full, play one game and ALL the hearts are gone. FIX THIS DAMN GAME. Loved this game. Have had it for a while and now it won't open. Need help. PLEASE Game is opening up good but for some reason I am losing my diamonds. I earn 2 diamonds and then they are gone w/o using them.
I can't play because it won't load..keeps freezing..takes my coins. On and on..it's one of my favorite to play..so please fix it
I have been able to play this game for months with no problems, it was helping me trying to get through some very long days & nights with no issues which I am very grateful for cause it's exactly what I needed. I now sit here all weekend long and have not been able to get on at all! I sent a message a few weeks back about losing all my gems 💎 some how and now I have this problem. Almost to level 640 I believe, if it's not more, again been a long & trying 6 months. Thank you in advance.
Iam getting sick of this game now I use to love it but iam sick of it messing up at end when says five free lives then it wont give you them or you spend coins you have won and it takes it and you get none of busters may start thinking about deleting
I've been playing this for quite a long time and I'm on level 3390. I would always have given 5* but now it's only 1. I love this game but now when you click on anything that involves watching a video for a free bonus, there's simply no way back to the game. It takes you to the Playstore and you simply cannot get out of it & you have to force close the game. I've just watched 5 such ads and still didn't get a bonus!!! Please fix it!
This game used to be fun to play, but it is hard to play a game when it keep shutting down. I have no idea how to what is wrong or how to fix the problem, however if this continue I'll just Uninstaller it
I love this game but after having to uninstall and reinstall this game several times in the past few hours and it still will not load so I have had to uninstall it one final time. I am really going to miss this game. I wish you could fix whatever is causing this problem. When you fix it, I will consider reinstalling Bubble Coco! Hate to see it go but I am left with no choice
Once again when you win a board it freezes up then when you restart it you gotta start over from the beginning smh and everything that you won is gone....
This game is fun. I do support adds during the game, however, please do better add management. There is an image add appears in the games and it can not be closed after the ad displays for minutes. When trying to close it, it will lead you to e-commerce application. Please fix it.
Very slow when starting game load up, also not in sync with game on either laptop/desktop PC. 😴
I love this game! Im super super picky over mobile games n dont really play any except one other. But this game really messed with my phone n i had to completely reset my phone to get it to work properly again. All the ads got to be really annoyn too they would randomly pop up then the game would freeze n slow load.
Doesn't let you have the extra bubbles, I have to go out of the game to get it to work. I enjoy the game but it really gets aggravating.
Fun. Great graphics. Entertaining. Addictive. Crative. Unfortunately, I had to uninstall the game because it kept stalling at the end of levels and the I had to constantly replay levels that I had already won.
It will not load pass play ! Its my favorite game . It needs refreshing ! Its been 5 days ! .
game keeps freezing on the level i am trying to win. have actually won it a few times but wont move on after last bubble has been fired. dont tell me to uninstall and install again. dont tell me to contact the support team have done do on both. fix it please or your game as much as i like it will be confined to the bin one star at the moment
I love this game! Always challenging. Sure it has its glitches, but someone out there name me 1 game that has never had a glitch. When there is a problem, the support team jumps right on it and resolves the problem. I will definitely recommend this game to all gamers I know.
They take your diamonds! they made it so expensive to get the usual helpers! every time you play the game it's over 6,ooo coins the you loose instead of winning cause they make it so hard to win! in the middle of shooting the change the color of the ball! made it so hard to give and collect coins and lives! so many seniors on here yet you cañt give them a brake, but making an extra button that gives and takes to all of the. players?
This game cheats big time, I pass a level and it freezes and I have to play over and over again. Ball's will change color after you shoot and the ball will go right through the Ball's I hit. As of 3/20/22 I have passed my current level 4 times and every time I pass it will freeze and I have to reset. Been stuck on the level for weeks. I buy the extra help too. Will you please fix the problem.
