This app keeps getting stuck while trying to load the actual game. I have a VERY sad child.
I bought this for my daughter because she loves bubble guppies and it worked for one day and now it freezes on the loading screen after you pick an animal. I want a refund this is bull crap. How you going to charge for an app that dont work!
The game has good potential but it doesn't work. It will let you pick your name then you have to sit through them talking every time you go in it just to click an animal. Then after that it loads and freezes everytime. My daughter cant even play it.
Has never worked. Took my money months ago and was NEVER able to get a refund. Nickelodeon should be ashamed of themselves. PLEASE fix the app or refund my money. You are not displaying good values by taking my money and running with it.
The app was very large and the refund period was up before it finished. My daughter was able to put in her name and then the app crashes.
Files too large. Wont work past selecting an animal. Refund please.
I have downloaded this game for my daughter it worked for a few days and now tells me it won't opened because I didn't download due to payment. But the 2.99 is missing from my account.
Does not work please do not download app. They really need to refund everyone who downloaded this app.
This app never opens and now its saying I never paid for it?? I litt. Never was able to open past picking an animal.I have a galaxy four...it shld work!
Took forever to download and install. Does not work on my Samsung Galaxy SII. Loads up but will not get past the start screen. Would like a refund or to have the app work on my device in the next 30 days.
Child got to a part that says pull a lever. She ends up coming to me and says she can't pull the lever. Neither could I. Somehow it finally worked after frantically swiping the screen. Then we get to a part that asks to select an animal. Can't select that either! 15 minute refund timer past. I'd like a refund for an application that does not work.
This app is so big I can't even install this on my HTC! Refund please!
