Bubble Launcher is an 'always on top' side launcher for Android OS. It can be used on top of every opened app.The starter halo hotspot is made as floating system window, so it can be on top of everything on screen!
The Launcher comes with a
-standard listview
and
- circle halo knob
for selecting an starting an app.
Hotspot -> swipe left -> opens Circle Launcher;
Hotspot -> swipe up -> opens Favorites Panel;(You have to mark some apps as Favorite in 'Blacklist & Favorites Editor' -> start 'Settings Panel' via Menu Button -> mark some apps as Fav. in most right column checkbox!)
Hotspot -> swipe down -> opens App-List-Launcher;
Short Tap on App in List -> HALO)))-start of app (If PA 3.56+ is your ROM);Long Tap on App in List -> Fullscreen-start of app:
circle launcher -> circle swipe to outside -> fast release -> HALO)))-start of app;circle launcher -> circle swipe to outside -> wait a second release -> fullscreen-start of app;
circle launcher -> circle swipe inside Halo-knob -> no app will be startet;
Bubble Launcher supports Halo))) start of apps in MULTI_WINDOW on Paranoid Android 3.56 and above!And of course you can start apps also in Fullscreen Mode.On non Paranoid OS the apps will always be started in Fullscreen Mode.
If your device runs Android 4.3+ (and only than!) you can use the new builtin 'floating notifications'-function.That for you have do Download and install 'NLSHelper' from XDA-thread (for free) or here in Play Strore (donation version)...

In the full version of Bubble Launcher you can mark any app as blacklisted or favorite.Blacklisted apps will never be shown in the launcher lists.Favorite apps are listed on top of standard list view and are the only listed apps in circle launcher mode.
You can test this free XDA version, before purchasing the full version.

Sometimes service dies and doesn't restart, sometimes still running, either way bubble not visible most of the time. Uninstalling.
Well, i installed it thinking it would be fun to check it out, but it doesnt work at all. Whenever i open it, it just hangs and force close option pops open. I wont be able to improve my review, until i can actually see what the app can do. I am using a Karbonn A1+ with gingerbread 2.3.6 that has been rooted.
Now on stock ROM... Thank you

Really love the idea behind this app but it's highly unusable at this stage as almost all features force closes. At least the free version should be smooth and good enough to attract and encourage people to buy the paid version. Uninstalled. Thanks.
I think that this app could potentially be very good but unfortunately currently it is unstable, force closing and behaving strangely too often.

I see great thing in the future for this. It's cool right now but once they get some more user input it's likely to become a gotta have at least for me.
Too many people are complaining about not being able to uninstall. Read the developer's notes before you rate this app low. I love it. Integrates perfectly with PA HALO and just makes Android that much cooler. Great job dev. XDA Devs FTW!
Kay, I found how to uninstall on my device (Nexus 4): Settings / Security / Device Administration (Device Administrators) Open it, find Bubble Launcher and uncheck the checkbox When a Dialog opens, click on deactivate. Thats all, now you can uninstall it.
OLD REVIEW: This app really s*cks, I thought it will be fine, then I can't uninstall, I'm a little bit obsessive, and it is really annoying me. Settings menu said I need to purchase full version… If you want me to purchase your app just to uninstall it you are insane!

Very good idea, well coded. But free version is way too limited to be usefull. Please allow, at least black/whitelist to free version. Or maybe the transparent theme.
Neat concept, but very rough around the edges. Swiping left gives circle launcher, but mine was empty. Whats new lists themes, but there are none. Must get pro.
TERRIBLE! AWFUL APP. and it's NOT WORKING AT ALL, HTC ONE. *** Yes, I have found out how to remove it from my phone. But one more thing I would like to add, the app doesn't work. Thanks for your reply.
The idea is very good though it takes forever to load. The basic requirement of this app is to switch between tasks which is not getting fullfilled

Very good idea,original! Looks neat. However I feel sliding my finger around a circle to open one app simply takes too much time. Some might like this ...however I prefer a faster method of getting the apps I want...faster .
Not the worst app but deff not good either
it is the best dump, stupid launcher in the world.
Needs lots of work load time for it is slow as a snail if it even pulls up have had to press several times before it even activates more customization.
pls implement a shortcut to toggle hotspot visibility which then can be used from homescreen to toggle hotspot or mapped to some hardware key

With such a low quality (crappy UI that never improved since the project start, still bad stability after so many updates) non-free app, you really considering people will buy it? How dare you use XDA in the name, I'm not really a developer but feeling this app is a shame to the community. Seriously, just change the name and take the shame on yourself.
