I have been playing this game for a long time, I can only play it on my android phone now, I have noticed some levels are deliberately stopping me from clearing the level by swerving the bubble to miss its target, now it freezes, I have to close and reboot, at this moment in time, it doesn't link to Facebook, so I am not seeing the leader board, it is a shame, because I do like it, but if this continues, I will uninstall it.

I have been playing this game for so long, but recently it keeps glitching. Now after every puzzle piece drop it gets hanged. I deleted it, so that I can reinstall and play it normally, but it is not even installing now and keeps on hanging at the installing part. If anyone is having the same trouble and if it got better somehow, please let me know. It is my most favorite game and now I cannot play it. 😞

I love this game and have been playing for a long time. Usually has no glitches, but when it changed this week, it stalls out every time a puzzle piece is gotten. Game stops and won't come out of lala land. Only fix is to go to facebook and start over, at least it comes back to the same place in the game. Fix this please.

I have played this game since at least 2013 it was always fun until 2019. the whole game is great..the cartoon people, the sound, the marbles that keep changing are super. ALL is great until you start to play. Dont buy anything to " help" play the game. just skip the game and play something else.

Its like billards, but with bubbles. It can be very challengingly. I enjoy taking multiple bubbles out with only one shot. You must know how to bank your shots to get to the higher levels.

I have been playing this game for years. YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE GAME SINCE THE UPDATE. It wiil not start at level 30 even though I was eligible . I play almost daily. I too like the challenge of not paying and just playing. Don't your designers check the game after updates. It is very slow to load and now will not start at the correct level. PUT IT BACK THE WAY IT WAS BEFORE.

I love this game but for a week when you win a card, it goes to the screen men verses women. It hangs there and will not let you finish playing. I have removed and downloaded the game but still does it.still not right. No date on it. Just stops in the middle of the game

I brought a bubble pack and didn't receive my extra balls. This has happened 2x yesterday and 2x today. I love the game but I don't love getting ripped off. I sent a message and no one have responded. This is Bs, and no one getting back to me. I am going to uninstall this app. I brought about 6 bubble pack and it say something with wrong after they take my money

Not working right....dont show my friends or any scores, freezes up when you give up and when you to contact us, get message saying error,no internet connect. Was working fine yesterday, so dropping from 5 star to 1 and uninstalling it

It used to be a nice and fun game for stress relief but lately it keeps stalling in the middle of game level with an ad that shows scores between men and women suddenly popped up then it just freeze and I can't continue playing no matter where I click! Come on! 😑

I really enjoyed this game to pass time but now it's impossible to play. Everytime you get one of those theme pictures it freezes the game and you have to shut the game down which then resets your progress, making it impossible to get anywhere.

I played this every day for years. I am so sad that it is not functioning the way it should. It doesn't update, the functions don't update and it just doesn't play the way it was.PLEASE FIX ALL THE PROBLEMS!!!!

Enjoyed this game for almost a year, but now it's not connecting to Facebook. I enjoy the friendly competition between myself and family and friends, and this issue is starting to kill my interest in the game. Moving my rating from 5 stars to 1 star until this issue is resolved.

Use to be a good game. but you HAVE to buy boost to get through levels. ex... I only had one red ball buried, but for 29 balls it was red. and when you have problems with the game they don't want to help. Don't install! not worth it!

Please sort out this game! Remove the Jigsaw. I would normally give 5* 's except every time a jigsaw piece is collected the game freezes. I can restart my device to continue the level but then another jigsaw piece comes back, into play. Please remove the jigsaw part of the game. I love this game but getting too annoying. My friends have the same problem.

I've been playing this game since its inception. Way to go with all the unnecessary updates, ads in between and supposed bug fixes. Ruined a perfectly enjoyable game. Unable to record scores. Forcing players to update....REALLY?? UNINSTALLED

Ive played this game 2 or 3 times a day for about 6 months and loved it but since you updated it it says no city so cant compete, get to level 40 and cant start on level 30 next game, graphics have also went fuzzy, sort your game out or you will lose a lot of players. Half my family and friends play this game and we are all having the same problem its a complete joke

loved this game...once upon a time . Not any more, no freeballs after watching a video, points aren't displayed, and goes blank between each game. Can't go into facebool, directional arrow? dont get me started! it doesn't go to chosen spot! Uninstalling sory to say.

Bubbles IQ was my favorite game. Like others, it never let me get past level 54 no matter how well I played. After about 8 months, it stopped playing completely! It's web site says it's installed and yet I can no longer play the game. So very disappointed with this game/company. I gave it a "Just OK" rating because it stopped me from playing it.

New version locks up when puzzle coin drops. No puzzle appears and unable to continue game. So I am uninstalling again and will not be re-installing game, also does the same thing on Facebook. Very frustrated with new version!!! Should have left it alone...

I love this game and playing against others in my community! That said, lately it will hesitate when you hit the ball that gives you a piece of a puzzle and you have to refresh to fish your game, Today something new. it loads to 10% then stops! I have kept going back all day and haven't had a game yet!! I have reported the problem .

If this game played without stopping it would be good but once a "JIGSAW" piece is gained it freezes and becomes unplayable. What use are the jigsaw pieces anyway as nothing is gained with them. Unless the situation improves the best option is uninstall

Like others. It was a good game. Playing it is good but when you want 3 extra balls it keeps waiting for server, which never happens. Have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Fix it!

Lately I can't play it because it keeps locking me out of the game. When I come off Bubbles IQ I can't get back on unless I uninstall and reinstall to unlock the game. This was my favorite game until you changed it.😢😢😢 Please bring back the old way of playing.

I play every day, and have enjoyed it. That's until these past weeks when they started the puzzle pieces. The only way you can get the puzzle pieces is to play more than once a day. Since I only play in the morning, once every day, I have not got a full puzzle. I get down to 1 piece .

I've had to uninstall this several times. it freezes up when I attempt to connect to Facebook. 15 year player. over it! too many glitches!!!

Would have been a good game but tge pointer is a total joke. It doesn't project at all and you can only guess as to where it might land.

It was way better before the last update in October. Now it doesn't play the way it used to. Once it says "waiting on server" you will never get past that point because it freezes.
