BubbleUPnP for DLNA/Chromecast

Super! Best app I've tried for all kinds of media streaming... from wherever to wherever. Using the pro-version since half a year. Things to know: To stream YouTube or a browser's media, click on 'Share' inside the playing app, then select BubbleUPnP. This opens an infobox to install a required add-on (also from BubbleUPnP), which is not downloaded automatically when installing the main app (didn't find that thing inside the options). Great app to play anything on your connected devices. Bought it to replace the terrible official Qobuz app and aside from offline playback it plays everything smoothly without draining 🔋 and still manage to cast on my chromecast audio. I only wish for offline playback with tidal and qobuz to be anabled and also for us to be able to skip song with google home when casting. Keep up the good work 👍

Many thanks for your reply re. the uPnP server not being seen by the app. I've done as instructed before writing my initial comment. There is still unstable, erratic visibility of the server. When it appears, I manage to start playing a playlist, and then the server disappears. However, the playlist advances normally even though the server is not displayed in the app. Hence, I presume there are no interruptions on the server side which keeps sending audio to the receiver.

1. I cannot connect to my local network drive anymore. From the same phone I easily browse this local network drive, using a plain file browser software. 2. Google Chromecast sometimes disappears as a rendering device. The software is full of bugs, dont repeat my mistake and buy it.

My issue is while casting when I fastforward or backward using the Google tv remote . The video bugs and it plays from the beginning again . This doesn't happen when I fast forward from the app on my phone . But I wanna use the google tv remote to control the playback. Is this fixed in the paid version? Or does it happen coz of the 10 min limitation coz the file am trying to play is an MKV extension? Please can someone confirm this so I can go ahead and buy it. Thanks

searching playlist only shows one result, takes a long time to create a huge playlist, some files won't show album art when all other apps work, does not resume upon interruptions like a phone call, but it does connect via wifi to my Marantz amp which no other app is capable of that isn't Heos. this is much better than Heos.

One of rare ones that I know works when phone is used as Mobile Hotspot. Edit: Everything works for me after update, Thanks. (But when using Stremio together with All Debrid, Bubbleupnp shows - cannot play: no http steam found. At the same time video is working when using stremio built in player or opening it using Vlc.)

Please fix the technical info option. I have it checked but when I'm playing local music it only displays the codec. It is missing the bitrate and bitdepth on the now playing screen.

UPnp has been a hit and miss with USB Audio player pro. 70% of the time, USB Audio player pro is not detecting the service. I have my music in Google drive and trying to use this app during my commute. Playing from the player works fine. But, UPnp service disappear most of the time

I first got it years ago to stream music to my old Xbox One and 360 through the network from my phone, and have just used it as a player on said phone and tablet ever since. It's insanely functional, and I've enjoyed using it. ñuff said.

Good and bad. This app transformed my audio system. I use a reciver plus Synology nas to play my music. The sound difference blown me away and I'm not easy to impress. However, the music from server stops and can't see the library. It's like is not connected. A bit useless to be fair. I bought the paid version hopping that might change but no. Any thoughts??

The best DLNA++ control app, streamer, and so much more. Love all this app does and have been using it for many years. Support is excellent with regular updates and new features. Tried many, they are not even close. By far the best with support for every device, protocol, and service. Best money ever spent on an app. Would absolutely buy it again!

By far the best app I've found for playing our large music library from a synology NAS to an Kiida networked audio amplifier. Simple to use. Just tell it where to source it's media and where to render it (get music from, play music where/to). Very easy user interface. Play lists, currently playing, randomize, repeat song, repeat list... lots of ways to play your music. Very impressed so we bought the license for all the features. Worth every penny!

This can cast videos with subtitles! But more than that, it was able to extract embedded subtitles and cast them too. Finally solved the problem I was having for days! Awesome

Gotta say. Have always loved this app. Bought this years ago. Bought new tv so this should be useful again. Good to see the developers are still very responsive to questions and concerns after all of these years!

Absolutely recommend this app! Had a very irritating issue with the volume levels between this app and my August WR320 audio receiver (which ended up being the source of the issue). Contacted developer, sent logs as requested and problem was fully resolved in the following update. Thank you so much!

not yet perfect link.. issues r lot but improve all unsupported movie may get support the application.. mx player movies r not well support. please confirm all player movie get support this application

excellent streamer app. but does it stream FLAC? the latest edition won't stream FLAC files on my gtking pro... USB audio player Pro works... but not my bubble...

Great app. I've been using it for ages. One of the few I've paid for. Pity the Synology server isn't supported in their latest version.

This is working seemlessly again. Not sure what the issue was. Some files it doesn't like and I think it could be something to do with bitrate or something technical beyond my comprehension. Thank you for reaching out to me developers. Enjoying the app. 😊

So I tried resetting my router twice and now I can't find any renderers, I just wanted to connect to my xbox, it used to find everyone else's device in the house hold but not mine, I tried restarting my Xbox twice so it's not the issue. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled it TWICE! I can't even play anything on the local renderer

Very frustrating. Usually, song details are not available on "Now Playing" tab. Can't go back or forward, can't change volume. Sometimes all of these work, most of the time, non responsive. I then have to navigate from the Playlist tab. Ridiculous considering that I bought a license too.

This is anjok app. But i payed for i it and needed to refound.... what i don,t like about it is the connection with volumio. After enquequed the album after 2 songs it sotps automticcaly and have to play the next music to start music again. On the queque i had more then 20 song and after the first two i had this issue. I uninstall application reinstalit. I did add the application ar the de not opptimeze but the issue was the same😐

It used to work flawlessly with any stream I threw at it, but recently it keeps giving me an error " HLS stream requires authentication". If I open the stream in another apps it works fine but this app provides the best results for Chromecast streaming.

Best app for DNLA render overall good performance...but the latest version is not good as former version... I am not able to play videos on tv ..because this version is not supporting video fix this problem as soon as possible
