When I first downloaded this app 6 months ago it worked okay, but it was not nearly as functional or as helpful as the former OSU HR Discounts website. Now the app refuses to open. Just use the website version of Buckeye Nation Rewards, even though that site is also not very user-friendly or overly useful.

Whenever I try to read an article to earn points, it directs me to a page with the thumbnail picture and no article. If I can't earn points, the app is useless.

Absolutely stupid design! Way too busy. Very difficult to navigate. OSU HR replaced a functional benefits site with this nonsense.
