This app sucks. You cant shop the website with it. Only your specific store. So basically you miss out on everything on the website because its not all sold in one store. They should really change things. I'm uninstalling. Many other apps give you the opportunity to shop online with the app and not just one specific store of your choosing. Very annoying. Good website tho. Cute clothes, but inconvenient.

You can't buy anything on the app. They can get you to all your account info if you have their card. If you would like to use said card in order to shop you're redirected to the website. BS. On top of that the app has NO SALES section EVER. Why worry abt updating sales when you can eliminate it altogether?! 😂 In order to see their sales, again, you have to log in to the website. This whole setup is disappointing. If im using chrome so much why is there even an app?

You're better off going to the store because their item sizes run so differently, you don't know what is actually going to fit. They should at least let you know if the item runs small...fir example, A Large isn't really a Large, it's more like a medium which is extremely depressing. I am not fat by any means(5'5" 160lbs), if I try a Large shirt, it will fit perfectly. However, if I try a large dress, it should fit me. XL dresses run really small. So sad because they have beautiful dresses.🥴

Application is a complete waste of time. All it does is redirect you to the buckle website to make purchases and lets you view how many points you have. I have this feeling that after installing this app my local store will be calling me nonstop about all their little promotions trying to get their commissions. Honestly buckle this is one of many reasons why I stopped shopping in your stores. Sales tactics and pressure like buying a car but clothes instead.

Cant order from the app, have to go through the website, seems like it dont show much on app. Wish they would show all they have from all of there stores. Spend on average 2,200 a year there. Plus side military discount is very nice and stacks with other promotions. Love that!

I love Buckle and Buckle and Rock Revival jeans. However, their app sucks. Doesn't seem like everything is on there. When I go to the actual website in my browser I get like 3x more inventory. The navigation is much better than on the app also.

This app is useless. There's nowhere for your orders to be listed so you can buy stuff but then you have to log into the actual website to check on orders, points, etc. No thanks. It's just one more thing to take up space on my phone that I don't need.

App is pointless for shopping. You only shop your store on the app. If buying online it redirects you to the website. So basically don't waste your time installing this just shop in a web browser. Very inconvenient.

I do not recommend getting the app at all. What's the point in having an app when you can't buy anything from it and all you can see is your local store? If you want to buy anything it sends you to the website, why not just go there to begin with? At least on the site you'll be able to see their entire inventory, have it shipped to you, and not have to waste gas to drive an hour or more to pick your order up. Complete waste of time and space on your phone.

Love it. Keeps you updated with eveery new piece of clothing your local store gets in per shipment and you can easily reserve it for pick up and purchase when you get there or you can buy online and have it ready when you arrive. It makes shopping 50X easier.

Just started using the app. I will edit my review as I learn more about this store. EDIT: I'm trying to reserve 4 different items because I live an hour away from the store. And every time I click reserve on an item it kicks me out of the app. 😂

As i was reading the reviews i said " hey what the heck I'll give it's try". Yep it sucks and i was trying to register and create my account and it kept saying this email already exist or it's being used?? I don't get it. i never created one before and i just recently got my card in the mail and activated it today. I was having issues online as well and asking me about the same old questions about the account assure which i already or agreed to it upon talking to customer service upon activation

Love Buckles clothes & accessories but absolutely DESPISE their stores. Worst shopping experience ever!! Clerks try to sell you EVERYTHING in the store & don't stop even after they're told multiple times, no help is needed. I expect to be greeted etc but constant nagging, by EVERY clerk multiple times, is excessive & annoying!! My husband put his things back & left the store b/c the clerks wouldn't stop nagging him. Prepare yourself before you go in. It's like vultures on a dead carcass

This new app sucks. WTH happened to my old app? It just disappeared from my phone. There is no way for me to shop, just my local store & I can't get to my cart to make my purchases. Buckle F-ed up this one😭

Who's idea was it to make it so this app only shows what's available at your local store!? The website shows everything but all this gives me is the option to shop the few pairs of jeans at my nearest store. And why do you have to go online to buy? What's the point of having this instead of just going to the website if that's the case?

We have been trying to sign in our account to pay our bill. We have ur credit card but haven't received it(the actual credit card). It has been about 8 months now. Than you want to charge late fees cause we do not want to come in to the mall to give our ss# to pay our bill. Your customer service sucks. We can never get in contact with anyone about anything!! We love your clothes and your employees are amazing and friendly(Mykayla Kalamazoo MI). It has been 8 months and no one can give us an answ

Pretty lame. Your online orders don't sync up to the app. Once you place an order, it disappears and can't retrieve or track order.

I only wish when were looking for jeans it gave you an option for fit sizes also not just the waist and length size. I will give a 5 stars if you incorporate this into your app!

The app might not be exactly what the user is expecting it to be.... but I for one have had an AMAZING experience with BUCKLE I ordered a pair of sandals hassle free not a thing wrong with the order try the website if your not liking the app it's all I'm saying I see a couple of bad reviews and really could not believe it thanks BUCKLE I really like my sandals and you are the only guys that carried them at the time!

telling me that the email is already in use when it is obviously not and then having me reset a password for account that doesn't even exist is the most annoying thing ever. this app is totally not worth it

Very frustrating to use if you don't have an account or can't remember your login. Filters and sorts won't work. Love Buckle clothes, but not this app.

I applied for a credit card and I try to pay online. It takes days to process. Also i mad a payment and it got refunded but then got charged with a late fee

App is great but service in store, not so much. This store is over an hr away & the last 2 times I've been they didn't want to fix a pair of pants for my daughter, the female employee was rude & for what these pants cost, a repair should be a no brainer. This past Monday we went to exchange 2 pairs I bought for Christmas & they lady asked was this the same pair I "tried" to fix the last time. I replied "no, this was Christmas presents." We didn't purchase anything else due to this. BAD CSM

App doesn't work. Open the app and it just spins, saying getting things set up.

app sucks. doesn't have all their inventory. can't check my recent purchases that I had to make on the website. just seems pointless to have.

Don't get me wrong, I love buckle, but this app sucks. It's connected to a specific store, not the website, which in itself doesn't make any sense. I would use it a lot more if it was better.

Not convenient. Site is better. No search feature and filter categories slim.

Won't connect to internet. Keep getting error msg. Can't even use it.

Can't place orders thru the app to be shipped! It's just for browsing! Waste of time!

while I was waiting for app 2 download read the reviews...WOW, now I don't know if I want to use it, so many remarked on how the app is useless! Would think Buckle would do something about this. I'll edit my rating if I don't have problems.
