Buddhism-The Four Noble Truths

The Four Noble Truths are the central Teaching of the Buddha. This booklet was compiled and edited from talks given by Venerable Ajahn Sumedho on the teaching of the Buddha: that the unhappiness of humanity can be overcome through spiritual means. The teaching is conveyed through the Buddha’s Four Noble Truths, first expounded in 528 BC in the Deer Park at Sarnath near Varanasi, India and kept alive in the Buddhist world ever since.

Great ease to read and understand these 4 Noble Truths, yet I will read the entire book again when it's done. I suffer daily in the worry of Clinton's war talk against Russia, but this makes me realise, we are all, and will all suffer due to her ignorance if she goes ahead with her war plan. There is suffering, we are all in this together. I feel calmer knowing this suffering will not be of my responsibility, that it is out of my hands, and that doesn't prevent me from caring or loving with or without this.

Page transitions are very slow. An option to turn them off would make this more appealing.

Firstly, I'm very happy that we Buddhist got an app about Lord Buddha's teaching, but for an older people like me the letter is to small and the back and forward buttons on the left and the right side of the page is obstructing some word or letter. If you can move the back and forward button to the bottom of the page it will be better, because it will not obstruct any word or letter
