Forces you to focus your mind on a set of concepts that one might think they understand in a few seconds, but then after reflection, one can learn to personalize these mantras into their own life. The Graphic design could be improved. Neutral colors would be less distracting to the viewer.

This does not stand in for more substantial teachings or practices, but I foun d the reminders and foci helpful. The bell and customization of length of practice is nice too. The levels bit is charming, though not very buddhist, but I think that helps to encourage participation in entering a practice that rarely brings early our immediate reward.

Find this app helpful to work on quieting my mind for set lengths of time. Found myself slipping away into worry and was able to bring myself back into the meditation. Enjoy the fact that there are no permissions or advertisements. Its just a straightforward helpful application for improving meditation practice. Recommended for buddhists and nonbuddhists alike who are interested in learning to better their meditations and gain insight.

I love that this app takes up little space on my phone and doesn't ask for any special access to my account or identity. I had a bad headache before and after 6 minutes of meditating with this app, it eased considerably. The phrases are wonderful and are perfect for beginners who want to make time to clear their minds.

I'm not taken with the sayings to meditate on, but the timer works well. I like the reminders, not too intrusive but reminds you to meditate. I hate the suggestion to post to Facebook at the end of each meditation, I hope I don't accidentally press the wrong thing and post it. It would be good if you could set up your own sayings or mantras.

I have entered the final level, 12 minutes. It was fine before as I left meditation sounds on, and when the bell sounds stopped, my meditation was done. But in the final round there is only bell in the beginning. That's fine, I think it's supposed to train by mind to not need the bell, but there is no sound at the end of the meditation so I find I can't meditate because I'm checking the screen to see the time. Maybe I could leave ring bell at end of meditation on but I want sounds during the whole thing.

The application has a mute button to mute or allow sounds. The thing is that there are no sounds during the meditations, save for the closing bell/bowl. What would be very great would be to have actual sounds during the three-minute meditation, and real sounds ~ say, ambient music and environmental sounds. Otherwise, there are other meditation applications far more useful. I am overall completely unimpressed by this application.

I lost the sounds at second playing. I can't change the duration of the session and I am stuck at 3 minutes. I actually find the sounds a bit jarring, so I had to use white noise to soften them. For me, softer sounds would be more relaxing and should at least be a choice. The quotes do noit really inspire me and repeat a lot

The app is a good way to guide you along as you begin meditation. Though I believe the period of reflection should last longer. I have not timed it but I would like to at least see an option to choose different durations. 20 minutes I think wouldbe a good length for the casual meditator. Perhaps a range from 10-30. I would rate it a 2 on user control and 4 on teachings so far. I have more levels to go.

It's great supporting app for your daily meditating habit. But you should know how to meditate, just sitting there and continuously thinking about something won't benefit. Would be better if a simple technique like vipasanna or any other, which is simple to follow would be taught via this app. Rest it is great.... All the best

It is simplistic which is why I chose it but it is not interactive. On opening the app there are no instructions on how it will help you, it won't let me change the meditation time from the set 3 minutes and the sound is not consistent. When you do eventually set it all it does is ping a bell. I could do this with my own music myself!

The time in levels of this program work excellently to convince people that 3 minutes a day is all that you need. Slowly working them into longer sessions. Only thing i could find was that the daily reminders don't happen if you turn your phone off at night.

Great tool to help you create space in your schedule for meditation, really like bell /ring. It can be use it to help refocus attention back to your breath or to the phrase your meditationing on. Wish you could change length of time as your meditation progress. I use it at work to give mental breaks give me space, so 3 mins are fine

Dear developers, thank you for a great tool & with very few permissions too. It's great for people curious about meditation, just starting out or have gotten out of practice. I wish I could take 15 minutes to meditate every day but my current schedule doesn't allow for it. This app helps me get in just 3 minutes here and there when I need it. The bell is also an awesome reminder to bring you back to your state as I tend to have horrible racing thoughts. Love it.

Beautiful images, and nice quotes to think about. I like meditating on a quote, it's different than other meditations I do. It starts you out at just 3 minutes, so it's easy to succeed. Then you go on to different levels with more minutes. Beautiful, optional chime sound is great, but right now mine isn't working, I hope they'll fix the chime because I loved that part.

With the 3 minute interval, it isn't too long to begin with and so it works well to establish meditating with my small children. With this app. and the book "Peaceful Piggy Meditation" I'm able to have a simple guided practice with my kids and all of us benifit greatly from doing it.

I am just getting back into meditation. This is a great tool to help me ease back into a regular meditation practice. The Zen bell sounds/works okay; I have not tried the other sounds. I do wish, however, that there was a larger collection of quotes. The ones in the app keep repeating. For a basic, beginner meditation tool, it is just fine.

Provides a quote, mantra or other words of wisdom to center your meditation on. You can set the length of time: 3 minutes on up. You can set whether you want to hear meditative bells or just one to signal the time is up. I like the daily reminder to meditate. It's a simple app. Nothing fancy.... Which is why I keep going back to it.

Allows you to build yout practise through the levels. I love the zen chime it helps my to stay in the moment. The quotes are good too. The reminder is great especially as you begin your practise its a shame you cant set the time for the reminder though or have more than one should you want to meditate twice per day. That said it is an awsome tool to begin your journey with.I love it.

I thought that I would have to buy a cd player and mediation CDS like I did in the past. I have no money so I searched the Play store hoping to find an immediate and free solution and found this app. I was amazed that it even exists! I downloaded it to my smartphone and every morning press it and it provides one thought to meditate on accompanied by a chime that I used to tell me when to inhale and exhale. It is so relaxing and invigorating at the same time. I was trained on mindfulness that helps.

Any chance to take time out to ponder and reflect upon the more meaningful fundamental things in life is more valuable than anything else. This app simply gives your busy life a moment to return to neutral territory and be reminded what is real. It has a reminder function and can be muted if desired. Useful app in my life.

The app is very simple and useful,it does what it says. yet the quotes it uses aren't all Bhuddas' even though they have been credited to Buddha by the internet. I think they should filter out the ones that aren't actually Bhuddas. I'd recommend looking at the fakebhuddaquote blog. Otherwise, its a great app

Meditation is not concerned with religious that can be done for everyone for any religious. It is very useful for concentration, decision making and daily life. Try it right now! Sit or quite or any peaceful position and breathe regularly without too fast and too slow. While sitting and breathing like that you must concentrate, don't think other. Just focus on your breathing in and out. Just try it now only 3 min.

Love how the progression system works. Meditating on their or your own words of wisdom for 'X' amount of time makes my day all the better. Especially when I reach a new level, it makes the understanding of meditation a guided hand instead of just having to jump in and figure it out yourself. -Foxy

I just wish it didn't force you to be at a beginner level. I would like it a lot better if I could choose however long I wanted to meditate for instead of having to.constantly quit meditating to start a new 3 min session over and over again. I don't like the leveling up idea but overall I like the idea of it.
