Mixed review . To get to the settings you must click "help" which isn't intuitive. When I received buddi it didn't connect, I spent some time trying to connect it, then eventually called them. It wasn't charged on receipt . Buddi support were quick and pleasant
Better than nothing but being Bluetooth means it is useless if the wearer, who is usually elderly and forgetful, leave their mobile behind. Sooner it is WiFi the better product it will be
Shows disconnected, although the band connection is fine. I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to respond to an alert or message.
I have installed this app 4 times & the same number of times rang the help line & sent a email. I'm no further forward getting this on my new phone. Just keep getting pairing error message & with me being disabled & suffered a stroke plus a heart attack I'm was not impressed. π¨Update π¨ After a further phone to Buddi a solution was found now I feel reassured that I'm protected & if I collapse again I well receive the vital help I need! Thank you to the Buddi support staff ππππππ
My last review detailed connection problems which were sorted out very quickly and efficiently and the Buddi is now working as we had hoped. Thanks to the support team, especially Charlie who dealt with the issue and followed up ensure all was good.
Installation of the app wasn't as easy as expected and it wouldn't connect to the WiFi, though the phone was connected.
Clunky and doesn't do everything it says it does. Certainly not worth the subscription fee, which they don't stop taking!
App keeps asking me to update, i press ok, it says its updating then goes back to the start again.
App seems good, but could get urgent notifications working on carers iPhone or android.
In a word rubbish Have to keep uninstalling and re installing

Hello, After several attempts of reinstalling the app , and a few calls to customer services, it works perfectly. Some advice. Don't try and connect the wristband to your phone without fully charging it. (It recognised the buddi on my bluetooth but wouldn't connect to the app ) I had to turn my phone on and off to get the locator to work on the app. Buddi, some simple set up instructions would be useful , for example what the lights mean, first charge etc... Customer services are excellent.
