It provides the worst service!!!! You keep booking it and they keep assigning to people and at the time of pickup, they'll send you the notification that the order has been canceled and the worst part is they keep repeating this thing.
Very helpful app. The executives are well trained and even some bank operation being done through them and helped in many instances , when I was hospitalized and under compelled bed rest.
They can charge you any number of times as per their wish and will not even honestly return even after accepting the case. Order ID 48765024 & 48764285 paid through Paytm and driver also asked/collected payment at delivery in both cases.
Create a delivery order and wait too long and no option for cancel the order. Now waiting for refund... Swiggy Genie is the better then budy delivery
One of the pathetic app, i have installed.. the riders will come without the bag everytime and when u cancelled they will not return the money al though they commit the amount will be credited in next 7 days
Third class service . Rider only transfer the booking to another rider multiple time . Due to this TAT increase . I suggest do not use this type of pathetic service .
Thank you, it's working 😇. It's value for money, value for time fast pickup and delivery. I saved 1:30hr and approx 50rs petrol. And buddy delivery guy delivered in 40 minutes.

No pickup took place and my payment also not refunded even after 2 days. No proper support system to address such complaints.

Not sure why people have put so many negative reviews about them. I always pay in advance for the pick and drop. So far my experience is great with them. Great service... The bikers are very polite and experienced... I am using their service for getting my cakes delivered and they all reached intact.. 5 stars from my side... Suggestions... 1. Bikers must have bag with them. 2. The app should be more user friendly. Keep up the good work guys.
