the app itself works great however my buddy tag didnt come with a manual so i had to go to youtube to figure out what to do. the device needs to come with instructions. I was thinking that the device didnt work and was ready to return it. maybe thats why there are so many bad comments.
bad. so crashes immediately upon opening. when it was working there was no way to change the alert sound.
I have no idea how to use this or set up the tag. No instructions and when I search on Google/youtube the app they show is completely different. Really disappointed in this.

stopped working. reinstalled app many times with no luck.
app wont even open all the time. waste of money. I will be returning tomorrow!!!!!!!!!

It would not open the screen to add a tag. It was just a blank screen with thier logo. I have a galaxy 7.
Can't connect to samsung s8. Recognises and then disappears. Great idea once they can get it working.
Super easy to use, accurate, and most importantly, useful for the well-being of ones child. Specially for those of us whom have a child on the spectrum
I love it, no problems. I just will love to buy just the battery, but it looks like they only sale with the wrist band. Otherwise is great for me .
Unreasonable battery drain. Will wipe out phone battery in no time. Uses so much battery that it is useless

Absolute garbage. Could not even detect the buddy tag on either android or ios, making the whole thing useless. Do a little more r&d before releasing such a bad product
Worked the first day. Now it connects, after I try about 10min, but panic button or alarm does not work. (Huawei P8)
Sees the tag but doesn't connect
Works on my wife's note 2 but not on my note 4. I can see the tag but cannot connect to it.
Will not let me connect to it so it's basically useless.
This is the worst, everytime I disconnect it, it wont reconnect, it never pairs and in order to make it work the 2 times it did, I had to uninstall and reinstall the app, can I send this back?
