I always order ALL of our pet supplies through Budget Pet Products as does our daughter. They have competitive prices on single purchase items and are usually well stocked. They have excellent customer service and always contact you immediately with any order issues or stock issues they may be having.
Awesome discounts and deals, packaged well Delivery isn't the fastest but comes with tracking, will definitely be doing more shopping here and recommending to family and friends!! ❤️

Terrible App, unable to finalise payment. Always used website so had to sign up all over again. The saving between the website and app is massive for me with an almost $500 order....I'm going elsewhere for savings until they get it together. SHAME YOU CAN'T GIVE A ZERO STAR RATING
The company offers app only deals, with a boxing day one running at the moment. But you can't take advantage of these deals because the app freezes. I would rather use the website. The company is good but the app isn't sadly.
Fantastic, good service, great prices and quick dispatch.
Have always used the website but decided to try the app to take advantage of the boxing day discount voucher. All worked as it should without any hiccups for me. I'm on a Xiaomi phone with Android 11 if that helps to differentiate from the other reviewers that are having difficulties.

Google sign in doesn't work rendering the app useless because you can't checkout as a guest. From other reviews it seems like this is an ongoing issue they are choosing to ignore. A shame because the company is normally excellent

The app keeps refreshing to the previous page and not letting me log in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Same thing happened.
I love Budget Pet Products but this app needs a few fixes. I get promotional notifications even after turning them off in the app settings and they are sent way too often. They were almost daily for a while when I check the notification list in the app. I have to block all notifications from the app which sucks because I'd like to still get order updates. Scrolling through products is clunky as you need to pull down a few times and wait quite a while for the next lot of products to show.
I have been using Budget Pet Products for over 6 months now and I bought almost everything from them for my cat. I love it because: - The price is very compatitive (especially when on discount); - Fast shipping (also free shipping for order over 49) - Good return policy for issues with my order - The website is easy to use The app works perfectly on my Android phone. It has all the features as the website, besides there is a rewads system added in the app.
Delivery always comes before ETA. I would highly recommend.
Fairly good app. Some issues with loading that can be fixed by going back and trying again. Clicking "Paypal" to pay for order currently not working in-app, was able to use my card instead.
