Pretty easy to place an order. Did have a problem with it not accepting my original payment method for some reason. Entered a different card and it was successful right away.
I love this company! I usually use their website but saw a flier in my last order for their app. I've had to try many different meds to treat fleas on my pups and the savings I find here can't be beat. Shipping is on the slower side but it's worth it to save $$.

I ordered 6 nexgard chews for small dogs 4 to 10lbs. And only got 3 chews for that size. I also ordered 3 nexgard chews for medium dogs 10 to 24lbs. And did not receive those. I got 2 boxes of nexgard 2 to 4lbs that I did not even order. Tried sending your form and it said that it was unavailable

East to order and customer service is great
This app/website is a scam! they just f*ucked me out of almost $70 and now I cant get ahold of anyone to get my money back. I ordered two cat flea collars from them and it took FOREVER to get here, and even when it did get here it wasnt what I ordered at all. The packaging did not match what they had online and it was missing contents. I've called the customer service line twice now and one time they just didnt pick up at all and the other time the dude that picked up was rude not a good service
