I always get the pop up notification about a new version. I already have it. And its not working today. Still not working. App won't load
States that it's unable to load report types and won't allow for new reports to be sent. This results in a total failure of the app for its designed purpose.
Cannot connect to server currently. Previously they would close a reported issue ie. Potholes and do nothing about them.🙁
No phone call needed to report a non emergency (life or death ) so it comes in handy.
Need to be equal to the NYC 311 APP !!!!!! Their has sidewalk,curb etc.....
Missing ability to report sidewalk, faded pavement marking, traffic signals and sign issues.
Limits words but doesn't count them so how to know where you stand? Wants identification so that can be a problem.
Can't review what you already reported on the City webpage, even though I used my email address to get updates on a serious issue involving my property. I don't report things often, in fact it's quite rare but this is ridiculous.
Works great, especially after trying to send in reports through the website, which does not work. Some of these ratings may be referring to earlier versions.
When you click on information all I get is the link is bad

Lacks a 'recent' function

Tried to submit a parking violation report and it fought me almost every step of the way. Wouldn't accept my name in firstname [space] lastname format, even though that what the error message demanded. Then it wouldn't accept my email address or my phone number. Removing hyphens from the phone number helped, and submitting my name with the first name capitalized and the last name in all lower case seemed to work. Which makes me think that the app will reject all Asian names which come in 3 parts, not "firstname lastname." Then, when I finally got it to accept my contact info, I got (twice!) an error message saying my image could not be uploaded. Please fix it! This is a worthwhile service and I'm glad that the City is making an effort.
Doesn't include enough options. I couldn't report a failed stop light, unmowed lawn, or clogged storm drain. And in Android 5.1 it just freezes on the splash page.
I'd have better luck just calling 311. Won't even let me upload a photo

Didn't do anything expect a screen shot of Logo. Another win for my hero mayor.
Application does NOT open at all. Says theres an updated version but does not not give it. So right now app doesnt work to give a good or bad. I would have to say that this app needs some real attention. Fix it please. Should take it down until issues are fully addressed. Id give it a minus 1.
