Can't seem to get into the app fully - needs some major work. Had a hard time creating an account as well. It kept saying I was too young to create an account. I tried signing up through Facebook and another email. One email finally worked, but now stuck on the choose your location screen and can't go any further... Want to rate the app 5 stars, but only 1 for now because of all of the issues it has. The free appetizer for signing up is turning out to be pretty work intensive.

There is no option to add a tip and I didn't have any cash to give a tip to the very friendly host who got my food for me. It was confusing when I tried to add the blue cheese but it went to a page that said celery. It was the same when I tried Ranch. I had received an email that said I would get 10% off my first order using the app but in the app it says I have to be in the store to get the 10% off. Otherwise, ordering went well and the food was ready when I arrived to pick it up.

I signed up so I could use the app but I can't get past the 'review your details' page. This means I can't even access anything on the app so it's not very helpful

this app really sucks. i have 8 free dollars on this app and yet i still am uninstalling it. i have that money because their deals dont work, and dont ever expect them to, and the way you get them is trash in the first place, every 3 months at best. and when you have rewarded money for their mess ups? you cant use it with rewards. do yourself a favor, dont install this app and get food at a better restaurant.

I have installed and uninstalled this app no less than 5 or 6 times now. It is stuck on the "confirm" page. I have updated and pressed confirm no less than 30 times. I can't add the money I spent on 4/17 or get the free appetizer. Try and respond to the email I received and get an undeliverable message back.

Yikes. BWR has excellent food, and this app used to work for rewards. Now it literally won't add any rewards points when I make a purchase, and actually sometimes a purchase just SUBTRACTS rewards points. Really unworthy of a company like this to have such a broken rewards system.

Heads up to developers... now the app and website online ordering is missing the selection for sauces on wings. (Fried boneless 10 & 15 count, Tuesdays) 2 weeks ago I thought it was my fault that they were naked, but ordering tonight- I see it's not. It does still have all of the other selections I'm used to seeing.

It is an average app, but I also wonder why tenders aren't on the app menu

Told us we would earn a starter just for joining the club 84. Never happened! We signed up and that was it no starter.........9oooo

The app itself will launch and I can earn points... haven't tried redeming yet; but I am currently receiving notifications of offers & notifications but when i open the app's Inbox there are no details. I feel like the apps works 1/2 the way.

Was super excited to use but no cash as a payment option. For someone who doesnt have a card handy all the time, very disappointed. Other food apps have a cash option so why not here? I guess I have to go in, order and wait... very disappointed and wont use ever until cash option.

Works tremendously now and I have the option to pay here on my phone or pay at the store! I like that I can put down my coupons and get some savings! Plus the points add for any future purchases here! Fantastic!

The app is confused about a phone number with dashes in it and won't let you correct the phone number, preventing you from continuing. I'm unable to use the app at all because of this.

Horrible execution. They did not send me the free appetizer although they did send me a bunch of other spam. I could not put my rewards points on my account because they said I wasn't near a restaurant even though I was sitting in one. Literally, why do you care where I am at when I enter the rewards points on my restaurant receipt? I will never understand rewards programs that frustrate people who want to be loyal.

Never even got it to open once. Got stuck finding my location and the screen locks up. Uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. No change. Don't waste your time.

There's too much to navigate in their app. The "FREE" starter for downloading the app is NOT free. You have to place a $15 order to get the "free" starter. And apparently they don't give you anything for your birthday anymore even though online in their FAQs it says "Get access to exclusive offers (birthday, anniversary)." My birthday just passed and I got diddly squat.

I would rate this app a zero if possible. Tried to redeem the offer and it would only show the loading circle. After the app reloaded and showed the offer was gone and couldnt be reclaimed. This app she be removed until it can actially work as claimed.

App won't move past find a location. It locks up and won't do anything or move off that screen.

Needs improvement... Missing option to pay at the store for to go orders. Need better / more "rewards" other than once a week half off appetizer only during happy hour.

maybe worst food app out there. 3rd rime i cant actually order food or even look at menu. 3rd time i have switched and went to BW3. its a shame as i like their food.

They want your 10 digit phone number and the dashes count as part as the ten digits so you can't enter your full number. So you can't use the app

The app is not reading well. And when you manually put it in, it can not find the number. I have not gotten credit for several weeks.

Does not work have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Will not allow you to confirm your user details to even get to the app.

Issues connecting with my phone and does not load my credit everymonth Im suppose to recieve. I have to keep having it done my a manager at location.

This app does not work on a Galaxy Samsung 6. It asked you to login you try to login and it just spins and Spins and Spins and you can't use the app

I can't get into the app. It won't accept my phone number because it has dashes in it. Very frustrating.

Slow and chatty the ordering started is very very show. I ordered one thing and do far have got 3 messages from the app in 15 hours.

I've downloaded this app three times and everytime it goes where it's asking me what location to pick it freezes It doesn't look like a very good app

I can't scan my receipt because the app keeps shutting down. Will still be able to scan it and get credit for it?
