We use location data from your mobile device to help you locate the nearest branch or drive thru to where you are positioned.

In accordance with current technological standards, Banque de l'Union Haitienne (BUH) SA has implemented the most stringent security measures to better protect your personal data. You can use our services with peace of mind knowing that we collect technical information on your devices such as the model and the operating system in order to better protect you from unauthorized activity. When adding new beneficiaries for electronic transfers, the application is able to access your contact list to retrieve information related to the beneficiaries. Rest assured that your personal data will never be communicated to the bank.

BUH services are very poor. I have a prepaid MasterCard. I not only have to pay each time I have to make a deposit, but also pay taxes to take my own money. The card mostly works online, the ATM doesn't accept it. Each time I need my own money, I need to go to a branch of BUH and pay a fee. When I go to a supermarket the purchases are very very rarely approved.
I like the services provided by BUH so far costumer service is good with quick response bank is never full and service can be quick but some things like the master card service need some coordination i guess
great app in actual real time account detail. wished it had check numbers and recipient name for transaction details. card details not accurate

Wowww! Congrats BUH! Having this app on my phone makes it more convenient to track transactions and balance. Saves me time going to the bank just to verify credit card balance, etc.

Major bug: Signs you out unexpectedly when you hit the ← button(upper left corner) while browsing the features. Even if you're two layers deep and you touch it once, it logs off automatically.Then you must wait 7 long minutes before you can sign back in every time. Really annoying & it can be a total waste of time when you're in a hurry.
