Only negative is that they never answered the phone, returned my emails and calls/messages to see about customizing my template.

Easy to use
Do like getting spam notifications every single day? Do you enjoy getting them at unreasonable hours? Harassing me to use your product does just the opposite. For as simple an app as this is, there is no reason for these constant alerts.
