Doesn't work. Every time I try to make a reservation for an amenity, the reservation doesn't show up on my list. However, when I try to reserve again, the app tells me I can't because I've already made a reservation yet my reservation list still shows as empty. Very unintuitive and buggy.
Handy for package delivery alerts and items for sale. But there's no way to generate a receipt for packages left for pick up. There's no confirmation for Amenity requests. Trying to post photos in Marketplace is hit or miss. Recently, trying to sync new listings wasn't working. Only an uninstall/reinstall fixed that problem.
This app is convenient for the features offered (e.g., report maintenance, reserve amenities, upcoming events); but unfortunately the app does not include all features of the website. I'm hoping a future version will let you make payments, look up neighbors, and put the full menu in easy view without closing or scrolling past management announcements.
Update: it works!! Thank you to Buildinglink team for the help!!! It's syncing now and I'm able to see everything fine :-) -- It's been working up until 2 weeks ago. Since then it's always stick in "syncing". Not able to use the app at all :(
It takes forever for this app to update new postings when you log in, which causes you to miss a lot of items on the marketplace. I have been using Building Link for over two years now and it never has any improvements. It seems like a forgotten app and that the developers have moved onto other projects. I definitely do not recommend using it for your building manager.
I wish there a way to clear all the bulletin board counts once it's read. What's the point in knowing how many bulletin posts there are if you've read them all? It would be more helpful to count the unread posts. Have tried clicking on all the posts both in the app and on the website and nothing clears the red circle count.
It is an ok app to give you access to what you need. For some reason there is no way to do parking permits on the mobile app. Last update keeps popping up a User Feedback form that pops up again right after it is dismissed. Makes the app unusable
Only a 2 rating...... told to look under bldg section for surveys that are not appearing. Management posts surveys and fillable forms and requests us to complete them, but we can't see them in the buildin link. Very frustrating. This app is ok for incoming delivery notifications, internal tenant postings but communication with management with surveys and fillable forms is a big fat zero.
does not always sync properly. I get emails with changes to items but the changes are not up to date in the app. Also , there is no neighbourhood net functionality in the app.
Its decent. I would rate it higher but whenever I reserve an ammenity it does not show up. It did for about a week when I first got it but now it does not. I know I have the selected hourly slot reserved because its no longer available to others and I have comfirmed with security. Im using an LG Velvet if that helps. I use the gym daily and would love to have this fixed
It was good, wish I didn't update. Now I have to relogin every time I open the app and if I'm on the app for 5+mins. The remember me tick box is there to taunt. Lots of the buttons are broken for reserving amenities. I ended up having to call my building to reserve the amenity.
Ok app But park part of app doesnt show up?? Cant registaer a vistor for parking
Not too bad. PDF files don't appear to download correctly from the app (I can access these from the buildinglink website via my phone browser, but when selected from the app they can't open).
Keeps wanting to synchronize for over 20 minutes each time. Not user friendly. Have uninstalled/reinstalled without success. I don't rate this app at all.
I'm still stuck at trying the log in. The app asks for my username and password but I can't see where to register? The fact that I can't do this without sending a review or email, is already a fail for me.
app is not syncing and therefore, my maintenance request submitted on the app arent being received by the maintenance team. I have tried emailing the app developer as per the email address on this page to request that the sync error be addressed.
This app is basically a bare minimum development project that doesn't use modern standards and design. Advice to devs and designers: use native design standards and UI elements. This app looks like it was made with a basic cross platform development tool (ie oracle mobile app framework).
could be more better in updating the status.. for example when you ask for reserve something, then to find out what is changed, you should close the app and open it again.but overall the app and idea is great
It consistently crashes, doesn't open. And always asks to log in despite selecting the stay log on option.
App & website are not intuitive. No tutorial available. Cannot make elevator reservation. Very frustrated!
On the Pixel 6 Pro, I get the error "no app found to handle this function" when attempting to use my camera to take a photo for a repair request. Please fix.
sync failed error every time I open it and all of my postings go to pending approval. pretty useless.
It stopped working. Doesn't update or sync. I have to delete app and reinstall to update.
What is the status of Google Assistant Integration? It would stated to be "coming soon" in a blog post a few years back but I haven't heard or seen anything in a long time.
Doesnt update easily. Have to un install and re install every month. Updates do not remove the bugs in the app.
Cant even download the app. It keeps giving me unable to install. Even though I have Android v12.
The app is okay. I wish it had more parity with the website. For example, i would like to be able to see the amenities calendar from the app.
