Cannot log into my account. Constant log in errors and redirects. Disappointed my building uses this system.
Horrible app and absolutely the worst support ever. I wish I never paid for the annual subscription or I would have cancelled.
Login issues. I'm able to login to the website through a browser but not through the app.
I really don't know much about this app but that's not a seriously well yeah I couldn't sit still and I kept falling asleep getting anxious
Very Nasty, after you stuck with them and have all your data there, they will start increase the price like crazy ... Then they safe the money by picking cheaper partners and want us to move our data by our self at the same time they hiring More people from Philpino and india less than $300 a month. So let them do the data moving stuff for us !!!! So nasty I wish i never use them.
Too many errors log in and operations. Tenant's have trouble getting on as well. Our previous platform Rentec Direct seems like was better option
not investor friendly. additionally some parts of the app don't work.
so I was introduced to this app by a landlord that I work for,, he does all of his jobs through this app and it is so convenient and helps me stay organized. I love how you can upload photos an update a job showing your progress and also being able to add notes and explain things to the receiving party. Fantastic app!!! I'm still learning the app and all the features and has to offer so I'm excited to see what else it can do.
Lacking in many features. Most tasks still require a windows PC with web browser. Why can't I enter a transaction from my phone as it occurs? Instead I have to pay to use other software from competitors that have functioning mobile apps. And no tenant communication in app? Seriously? All this app really does for me is work orders. Disappointing.
A lot of things are missing that are available on the desktop version. Why bother with the mobile app? Also, you'd think that clicking on a tenant will pull up their contract info... It doesn't. And finally... Can you please show the work order, address, AND tenant name on the SAME PAGE?
Two issues: 1 Everytime app is updated I have to have property management reset my account because app doesn't recognize my email. 2. A $6.00 service fee to pay rent through the app really thats greedy as fu(k I would rather take all day on the bus to pay my rent then pay a $6.00 service fee
Please allow me to select multiple images to upload for tasks instead of one at a time.
we have been with buildium for 5 year. they have the best of intentions and try to get things to always work. nothing is full proof and so is there systems but compared to the rest of the competition they try the hardest. they do have some of the better end systems in play and do.listen just take a while to act on the comments.
Been with this company for nearly a decade. Good service. Good improvements on the app. Issues with communication residents and facilitation of a property management needs of the resident life cycle. Especially for student housing
I have one log in for multiple accounts. The app only allows me to view one of my accounts. This should perform like the online version and allow me to select which property I would like to see each time I log in.
The app has smoothed out and is functioning well. It would be nice to be able to have a tab for work orders vs just tasks though.
The full site is still easy more effective for our company's use. We only manage 130+ residential properties and are a smaller PM company. Would be nice if Buildium would develop a training system or website to be able to train new employees on an inactive system that wouldn't actually change our Landlord's property accounting, even temporarily if changed right back, because I don't want to explain to our State Board auditing committee why there's so many unnecessary corrections in our files!
As an on the go property manager this app has literally made managing multiple properties simple. Some room for improvement on the mobile side but not much. if you arent using it you should be.
Although I get emails with contact information in them and the company whom I work for tells me that I have permission to view contact info within the app, the app tells me that I do not have permission. I have to go back to the emails that come from buildium to get phone numbers constantly.
First time opening, no single option to create an account. Only "Sign In" so yeah,pretty much useless can't get past the first screen to sign in.
not a bad app, but I have to go to the full website for almost everything I need. hopefully the app catches up with the full site.
Ever since I updated it keeps crashing and sometimes the App is totally inoperable and won't even open when I click on it
as a property owner i can't log in. error message says it's only for staff currently. when owner access is possible can there be saved login for multiple emails? i have multiple accounts with multiple emails. thanks
Helpful and useful. If monitoring the function, both parties setup and finish up.
Use it on desktop daily. Phone version need some work. Can't seem to print from it. Print is too small, not sized well
The app does not have anywhere near the futures of the website version. Please add at least the 6 dashboard cards to the app!
All of a sudden after 3 years I cannot login on the mobile app as a manager like I always have but I can on the desktop site. Tried contacting for help but not worth it.
keeps crashing and I can't open it at times this app is a very important for my job fix it or I'm going to not use it again
Everything is great except the accounting. For managing the properties and the tenants it is the real deal.
Much to be desired from a mobile app. This company is to large not to have some basic features like the the ability to quickly view delinquent accounts only, the ability to text vendors, and the ability to use template text messages. I have used much smaller company's with better capabilities. Thinking about switching over. Buildium! get it right it's 2022!
