the 3D password window was removed from the main menu. For me this was literally the only useful thing that was ever implemented in this app. Thankfully now I can view all special offers from there... One step forward, 10 steps back. EDIT: I know about what dev stated here. The problem is that it does not always show the 3d password that way. I was able, for a time, to open the password window manually from the home screen. It is a necessary feature, please bring it back.

Edit:23 Apr 2022: there is an issue with the new update related to the balance widget - it does not show anything even after I have activated the widget and account through the app. And then to make it even worse, clicking on the tab registers wrong pin log in attempts until you get blocked out. Who needs updates when everything was functioning properly?!

Website online banking says to open the app and navigate to mtoken option but that is nowhere to be found. Not enough instructions, weird menus. Dislike.

I have used many banking apps. This one is kinda weird sometimes. Anyway if you get familiar it is ok. Other than that 3D codes for online purchases is an absolute mess. You cannot deactivate it, you can't get messages thus you cannot make any purchase. Th web banking part is also a mess for the time being so you're stack unless you call the call center to deactivate the highly suggested service. The application might be fine but features should be well tested before pushed to the users.

After the new update the app is more responsive overall and the new UI is much better. However, even though the filters are set correctly the transaction history is not full - there are missing entries. When you set filters to show you the income transactions only (for the last 3 months) - it doesn't show anything. There are discrepancies between the card and the account entries also.

Dynamic password does not work. No matter how many times I open or close the app. This happens for weeks now. And yes, I have the latest app version installed. Not to mention that customer id is not displayed inside the app or that evrotrust settings are returning an error. And by the way: a great customer service contacts the client, not the other way around.

Works great all round. Really easy to make payments - especially the regular ones. Dynamic password works without issues on my end. I'm sure it's more secure than the PIN but it's a bit more of a hassle. One feature I would like to see is the ability to edit the regular payments. Right now you can't change them, edit them or even delete them. So when a provider changes their bank account, i.e. you have to create a new one and call it something new so you don't get confused.

Every time a 3D code for online payments is received, it takes 3-5-10 attempts to get the pop-up in the app after login - it doesn't appear at all! Neither the push notification or restarting the app again and again helps! At some attempt, after trying several times, it finally shows. This is still not fixed for maybe over a year in the last updates. Do something with this annoying bug, it's infuriating! Will rate 5 stars if finally fixed.

After the latest update with the new interface most of the functionalities are working. But I have to explicitly confirm the PIN I enter to login. Previous way was much better and convenient for use. Some of the menus became less intuitive than before. I am not able to add my card to the Digital Wallet - I receive an error. Inside the app I received a message that to eliminate the problem with the Digital Wallet I have to reinstall and reactivate the app - this is absurd.

The latest update made the app worse in some respects despite the authors' bragging that the app is much better. I can no longer hide the balance of individual accounts -- I can only hide them all. On startup, the accounts are stacked on top of each other -- to see them all, I must first unstack them. (At least let me choose which one is on top.) When I enter the app, the keyboard to enter then PIN no longer appears immediately -- I must tap one more time for the keyboard to appear. And so on...

Too much bugs are coming with every new update. Makes the app with all it's features unusable. The second star is just because the web app for online banking is far more worse than this one. If you're going to use clients for a production testers, get them paid then. Edit: Getting much better with recent updates. Thanks! Edit: Latest changes - black text on black background. Unusable. Edit: The new UI looks promising. All the screens are loading faster and look better

Overall the app is nice and do the job, but the new "Dynamic Password" feature is pretty bad. When I tap the notification for new dynamic password it opens the app, but then I receive an error and I can't access the dynamic password ever again. I have to request a new dynamic password, only to find out that this doesn't work either.

Great app that allows you to do almost every thing from your pgone instead of going to the bank. It would be nice if you aren't obliged to be charged with so much additiinal taxes when paying your bills. Also it could be nice to add the option of paying with your phone (with NFC) using the app and maybe have the ability to add your loyalty cards in the app as well.

I used to love the old version. It was really well designed. Since I've been using the new one, I constantly have to rethink how I can achieve several daily tasks like copying the account number, reusing history payments to same recipients etc. UX side - Reaching the most effective/usable buttons - way harder. Consider Fitts's Law. Having one continuous frame appears to be more pleasing for most of us. The way how payment menu is being structured is just questionable whether is user-friendly.

The application is focused on UX, but the underlying fuctionalities are bad. The option to pay your utility bills is taking forever. The bills themselves are coming in with at least 1 day delay. When you try to pay a bill it takes about 5 minutes of loading time until you get the confirmation. There are other apps that work way better and faster. On the bright side, you can fully manage your cards and order bank transfers between accounts and banks.

Hi, when is the new version expected? Notifications for money transactions are still not working properly and the app is throwing an error stating "your app version is old, go to the store and update it", but there is no new version still. The issue persists for more than a month now. Besides that the app is really useful and easy to navigate and manage your account online. Thanks

Have a look at the squeezed background photo of the login screen of the app and you will get an overall idea of the look and feel of the application. It is working but feels more like an intern project rather than a mobile complement of the online banking. The other 2 stars I have taken because it is not uncommon for the app to need reactivation after an update - just had to do that for the second time since I'm your client. That is unacceptable.

Prior to the latest update I didn't see my utility bills templates. I was hoping to get them to show by updating to latest version, but to no avail. After a previous update I lost transaction info before November 2021. The app is good, but data is constantly being lost.

I have been using the application for a long time, but the transition to the new design creates a lot of difficulties with its use. In the first place is the extremely small font size, even for a person with normal vision, which does not change even after increasing the phone's system font. The other annoyance is too messy and not intuitive menu and design. Please correct at least the font size, the other will have to get used to.

There are more and more errors coming up with this app, as for now it is absolutely improsible to transfer money through it. The spaces for information cannot be filled, they just stay blank. Log-in problems are present as well. Always had issues with it, seems like I won't use it anytime soon. Maybe instead of constantly promoting the app to your users, you need to make sure it works first.

You have to fix the issues with the 3D dynamic password. It took me 20 minutes to make a single payment. I get notification that such a password is created, I enter the app and the password does not load. There is no way in the menu to navigate to it. After 4 trials it finally loaded. But then there were already 4 passwords created. So which one to choose? I tried three, all of them wrong. Then I rebooted my mobile phone and after two trials I finally managed to make my payment. What an accomplishment!

Very slow communication of dynamic passwords. If I ask for the password to be resend I don't even get it until I close and reopen the app again 2 times. No copy function of the dynamic password either. Not up-to-date log of payments (sometimes payments are reflected after 2-3 days). And yes, I have the latest version of the app.

New version is almost unusable for me. Had to reinstall for the second time because of some bug - it kept saying there's an overlay app when there's nothing else beside the app working and wouldn't let me use my pin. It got fixed after i reinstalled it the first time but soon after that it happened again. Haven't used it much since so i can't really say if there are any other bugs...

I can survive the old fashioned GUI, but you guys need to fix the dynamic password function. As it is, it only functions well if the user does not have the app open beforehand. If the user has the app open beforehand and receives a dynamic password, it will result in an error. Come on guys, it's 2021 and you're the biggest bank around, this is simple coding, you should have the capacity to do much better. Get it together, your other services are good.

Besides speed, I find the updated version useless. Previous one would allow creating a .pdf of swift. Now, even screen shot is not possible due to security reasons. What's the point of this? What's to stop me taking a photo with another device? I am using my mobile banking mainly for communication as well. Why prevent screen shot? To the normal person this is an obstacle, not improvement.

App in general is good and easy to manage your finances. It was awesome that finally we have ability to use NFC for contactless payments. The latest problem is with dynamic 3D passwords - they simply does not work correctly. You will either dont receive notification for it or if if you will - when you click to open it application wont show it up. Unicredit please fix this ASAP because it makes almost impossible online shopping !

This app is useless. I had it activated before and it did it's job well. But it is no longer working since i reinstalled it. I try to activate my account and it asks for activation code. The problem is that they send the code an hour after that. Which makes it useless and i can not activate the app ... So frustrating!

Overall the app is good. It saves me a lot of time doing basic operations. However, after a recent update the interface has gone black and blue. I've tried to find and option for dark and light mode but there isn't one. Please guys return it to the way it was!

Extremely dissatisfied with this app - literally all other Bulgarian banks have better apps than Unicredit. This app lacks a lot of features and gets updated rarely. It's also very buggy - it's a battery hog (according to Android, it has drained a quarter of my battery without doing anything!); I'm frequently having issues getting the dynamic password to authorise an Internet purchase; only once every three times does the contactless payment via phone work for me.
