App does not work no matter how many times i tried. Using Samsung Note 8 Android pie. I have another brand of bulb camera, and it is so good but my mistake was to think i should buy another higher megapixel cam that comes with a warm white lighting. Now it's useless unless there is an upgrade version.
never could get bulb cam to work or make contact with seller. lost money , Worthless purchase. The setup is confusing.Not sure what account # they want for set up.

Where do I start, app crashes constantly, motion sensor doesn't go low enough, wind sets it off, can only view on mobile when using Wi-Fi at home, doesn't take picture when alarm goes off. The options and directions are minimal. Its like they expect you to know how it works and what the camera does. Upset I spent the money on something so incomplete and not ready for the market.
Very bad and stupid ptogrsmmer. This app has limited characters not to accommodate the long email address to request password reset. It also keeps crashing.
Not worth the money! It keeps glitching and the app keeps crashing. Not sure if it's compatible with my Wi-fi or what, but it only works for a short period of time and then goes offline.
Just updated Samsung. Camera now shuts down. Will need to go to another product if not fixed soon...
A waste of money and time. Thought this would save me from wiring and installing a more costly system, you get what you pay for. Took forever to connect to the phone, once it did most of the time when I tried to watch the video it said failed to connect. Then tried looking at it in the middle of the night and the camera is not even on the app anymore.
Previous version is much better than new as my cam work with older version smoothly but when it upgraded wifi disconnected every time I connect. Please check and resolve this issue.
Not compatible with Samsung galaxy S7/Edge. App not supported by anyone. Email to company useless

Update please the app crashes
Unable to connect to Wifi Router at home. When button 'More' is clicked to match Bulb Camera with Wifi Router, message 'error code 10' appeared. Kept trying to match Bulb Camera with Wifi Router by selecting 'Smart Link' and follow instruction in the Installation Guide. The matching process successful and sign 'Matching completed' appeared. But the LED at Bulb Cam is still in red blinking. When button WLAN is clicked the process indicator is kept rotating until it was forced stop.
It works 40% of the time. For what I paid for it I will never buy another. Fix it or lose customers.
Absolutely terrible instructions. They were written in what someone must have assumed was English, they were out of sequence and very difficult to understand. I ended up discovering I had a defective camera that would not transmit the SSID in SAP mode. I even reset the device three times, but nothing worked.

Since I received the bulb cam couldnt connect to the WiFi. Received an update and the app is not responding. Crashes. So far waist of money
The BulbCam App is very Unstable. The app crashes when attempting to access for service. It works for a session after several attempts. It's only stable once access is granted.
Even with registering and scanning the QR code it still cannot find the Bulb IP cam
Won't install on Android Pie. Had it somewhat working on a previous Android build, but experienced all the same problems others have said. Very unclear instructions, and the camera had to be reset and reconfigured constantly. Terrible product.
